BOUGHT THIS so my son could have good internet service. It works great a bit pricey but get what you pay for. Grandchildren love it. MUSK did it again with starlink .

One of the best purchases we have made. Our internet is so much better, the set up and installation was super easy and the directions were simple. Much better than our previous internet service provider.

The equipment was easy to install and once powered on the satellite adjusted itself for the best signal. The 75 foot cord worked great for my house to reach the satellite to the router.

Easy setup. Constant high speed internet. Nice that it has auto snow melt sobyou don’t have to worry about losinf service because of being covered by snow.

My own cable provider, Spectrum, charges me more than Starlink for bare minimum service. And they go off line whenever we have a brown out or power supply issues. Starlink provides a seamless service, was relatively easy to mount (I'm a DIY guy), and is cheaper than any other cable provider in Hawaii. I've had the unit up for a few weeks and am totally satisfied with how it works. Time to "cut the cord" to cable TV/internet service providers that constantly increase my monthly charges for the same services, no add ons. How bad is that? Starlink all the way!

Easy to install software. Got it working on back deck 200 MBits. Like in 10 minutes. No roof mount included. Will use old satellite dish mount and antenna u-bolts to put on roof. So happy to get rid of XFinity.

I live out in the country. I thought I had no luck, but starlink really proved me wrong. This is amazing internet. We play games on a PlayStation, and all FOUR yes four of our kids are playing their phones or watching tv or whatever else using the internet at the same time!!! There is never a lag! This internet is better then ATT that I had when I lived closer to town. I cannot stress this enough, if you do not have internet, if you are in the fence about it, if you do have internet and aren’t satisfied, SWITCH, GET THIS!! It is worth it 100%. You will not regret it. It was an extremely easy set up. It is very sturdy! It has a great design. It’s not sitting ugly out in your yard. It is perfect all the way around. It’s a decent price considering how amazing it is. If you don’t jump on it- you are crazy!! I am just a normal, small town girl. I only write reviews when one, something sucks really bad, or two something blew my mind and I had to share with others. This is number two!!! I am blown away. Thank you Elon Musk for being a genius and thank you Best Buy for selling this amazing item!

I moved to what I thought was still a suburban area but unfortunately was more rural than I thought. After surveying many options for internet I found myself with the only option being Starlink. I got it and too my surprise it has been providing me with daily internet so both myself and my girl can work from home without a thought. It is currently sitting on the ground and the router sitting outside under a porch. Been a month with absolutely zero issues. Plan to eventually move the satellite to a more secure location and route cables through the wall to bring the router into the home. Great experience so far!

It works as designed. I'm glad I bought the Gen2 with the actuator so I don't have to climb high to make manual adjustments. So far, so good.

Tried ordering directly through Starlink and waited weeks. I was able to just walk into Best Buy and purchase immediately. Very easy to set up and great signal. I highly recommend.

Awesome internet for those we don’t have a fiber option. I have no problem gaming or streaming movies.

The speed is amazing and the performance has been amazing as well. will say wish they sold the accessories here but 10\10 would buy again but don't need but one.

Purchased this for my parents, they live in a very remote spot and onpy recently have somewhat gained access to fiber. For nearly 30 years they have been living on dial up and the cost to go to fiber, just to hook up is $5,000. Within 20 minutes i had them hoooed up with the starlink mounted on their roof fascia, and they've finally been able to setup a smart security system, use their smart tv's, utilize their streaming subscriptions at home instead of only when theyre away. This was life changing for them.

Easy to set up and use. Fastest internet available in my area. Feels amazing to have a high quality option. Able to provide a connection to our entire home.

Works great!! My husband downloaded the app to check for signal and placement. We bought the Starlink kit at Best Buy and he installed it. It is amazing!!

Living in the country there are not alot of decent options for good internet. Thos was easy to install and setup. Service has been good since setup

Can’t believe I waited this long to get Starlink. Buying it at Best Buy was quick and painless. Installation was a breeze and speed was very fast.
