    Starlink is a wonderful product, but a few things could make it better. The plug end that fits the dish is straight - great, but the router end has a bend that makes it difficult to pass through a hole made into the house. Not a big deal really but ... Next the line between the router and dish is a little flimsy/soft. Hope it holds up. Suggest to put it into a little conduit outside. Cannot figure a way to get a hold of someone for customer service at Starlink. Ended up getting a Geek Squad membership for questions. All that said, very happy so far with the operation of our system in an otherwise our rural, poorly served area with regards to internet access.
