Great service

Was guided to the department I wanted and the person personally went to get my received shipment. She offered to carry it to our truck. Love this store and the huge inventory of electronic products. Thanks Best Buy! What great service.

Setup where you have cellular first

I had to use my LTE but we were in the desert and it was spotty for me. Setup at home or at least in a town with cell service to ensure you get everything account and setup wise before using it for your only connection.

2nd Kit works

So I returned it back to BestBuy. It was frustrated and don't understand why a new Starlink was already assigned. No help from BestBuy via phone and no phone # for Starlink. Good that BestBuy store accepted the return after the 15 days. The 2nd kit I got from BestBuy store had no issue. It is not super faster like At&t Fiber in city. I lived in a rural area in WI and it is better than Hughesnet satellite internet with 200 gb cap and we are a HH of 9 people. I will recommend for anyone with only satellite internet with cap.

Until Starlink we were very limited. This is an excellent internet signal. The only problem we are having is my trees. Even though we still have a few obstructions (we are working on it) it is by far the best signal we have ever had in this area.
