Fast and easy set up (although we just put our dish on the ground on the back patio - still need to mount it). Save yourself the shipping time and pick this up same day.

Working great, but I got sent a used one

It was in excellent condition, but it was covered in dust, had some pet hair, and had scratches on the bottom of the stand. I told my friend and he laughed and said the same thing happened to his mother-in-law. Hers was also used. Nothing wrong with selling a used or refurbished unit, but if I'm paying $600+ for something new, it should be ACTUALLY NEW. Aside from that, the product has been working well. Will update if that changes.

Starlink has been a great solution for us. It handles all of our internet needs. We are very pleased with it

I've had this panel for starlink for a couple months now way out in the country where there aren't really any options. We've had some really bad rain and wind and we never lost service even once. I'm very impressed.

Starlink - GREAT

Worth the trip to talk to someone and not have something shipped and thrown in my yard. Thank you Best Buy for a good buying experience on a great product. Cancelled our old DSL carrier who was charging us double the price with 90% LESS service.

We were in a redwood forest and didn’t expect anything, but we were able to connect. We can pause the service when not in use.

We live in a rural area in Florida and it works amazing! Haven't had a single interruption so far! I'm also so happy Best Buy carries this kit in store instead of having to wait a week from ordering online.
