It's amazing right out of the box out here in a remote area here in South Texas and tried several different kinds of internet wireless out here on a ranch guarding a gate and too close to Mexico for anything to get a tower and starlink was amazing

Much better the options before starlink came along

Works great easy to install,no parts to mess with.

Shipped very fast arrived in like 2 days setup was super easy. Only thing to remember is you can scan for location from the phone app but you you have to set up your account in the online version then everything is on the phone app. Im very satisfied with the whole process.

Starlink is one of the worst companies you’ll ever work with. Your satellite is going to break. They are cheaply made. When it breaks, they will send you only refurbished and used ones that broke on other customers. I’ve been in starlink customer since 2021. I am on the seventh Starlink too. All because they just stop working at some point with no explanation. The routers are fine, but the satellite will break nonstop. The company will not call you. They will not contact you. They will message you at four in the morning because all of their customer services in India. They will make you jump through hoops. Today I’ve sent 55 Photos of my set up, plugged into multiple power sources, had to prove, it’s not obstructed, had to show them videos of me using two different cords, and they still have not done anything to fix the situation. Eight days down without Internet service and starlink has yet to make a phone call or contact me to fix this. When it works it’s fine but just know it’s garbage equipment that will break nonstop and they know that so they don’t allow you to contact them via telephone or directly. All customer service is done through FAQ page and text and chat bots. Garbage.

We absolutely love this Starlink! We have not had any issues with the connection and we live out in the country.

I purchased this for my brother as a Christmas gift because he lives in a rural area. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you live in an areas with no internet access. The setup took a while but once it was complete we are happy with the purchase.

Thanks, Elon!! We live out in the country where our only options were Hughes Net, Viasat and Cell phone company hot spots. T-Mobile Gateway is was we graduated from after Viasat, then we graduated to Starlink! By far the best!!!

I absolutely love starlink. It's the best wifi service / product I've ever had. I plan on using starlink for many years to come.

Decent internet for middle of nowhere but the cost doesn’t justify

Hardware purchase went smoothly. Signing up for Starlink service was a nightmare. Every attempt at signing up generated a message telling me authentication failed or something is wrong at our end, try again later. Two weeks later, tried again and transaction went through without a hitch

If you can’t get a normal Wi-Fi this is an absolute must. All the other options for satellite Wi-Fi suck compared to this.

The Starlink works like a charm. My fiance works remotely, and as long as we can power up the generator, he can work. We have also used the starlink for gaming without any interruptions. All in all we are very happy with this product.

Such an awesome product. Live out far where there is little to no service. Set up is easy, the software on the app is cool, and the speeds are awesome. Had it for almost 2 months and still get stable speed and connection even in bad weather.

Bought this while $100 off at Best Buy and really love it. It is for my RV, so travel with it and it vastly improves my work from camp experience, as long as I get a decent view of the sky. It will not work in all places due to trees and whatnot, but does what I need it do to most of the time.

This WiFi is the best WiFi anyone could ask for. I live in the country and it’s the only thing that works.

Install and setup was a breeze. Included stand can be bolted to a roof. Reminder, this will emit it's standalone WiFi signal. If you wish to wire it to a router, you will need the ethernet adapter. Make sure to download the supporting app, which is essential for install and activation

depending on the plan you get this can can be great! but for the ease of travel you need to weigh pros and cons with cost.

Called the store to make sure they had the equipment. They pulled the equipment I paid over the phone and picked it up 2 hrs later. Everyone was very pleasant and made for a smooth transaction

I was able to go in the store an associate quickly helped me find the Starlink system and a few other items I needed and I was on my way. Starlink works great!! Everyone is happy!! And no wait, thanks to Best Buy. A Great experience all around
