Bought this because we couldn’t get a fiber internet and had AT&T hot spots works great only this that we have found that we haven’t liked is the amount of devices that can be connected to at one time

Absolutely the best decision I have made regarding my internet provider! I live outside residential internet access from local providers and now I am able to stream tv service. I highly recommend starlink if you don’t have local access to internet.

Best internet we have ever had. We got tired of “bright speed” cutting out on us. Super fast and we have had no drops, cut outs, nothing. And we live in a semi wooded area! Never gone out in the rain yet. Just awesome easy to use tech.

Great connection even out in the middle of no where with no cell service. can play online games with little to no lag. monthly charge is a little steep but what are you gonna do.

Works amazing! I have no service in my area and with Starlink I have had no interruptions in service and no dropped calls. Streams amazing when watching movies and gaming!!!

Went to Best Buy to buy starlink kit and they were very helpful and didn't try to change my mind or try to talk into buying something else. The employees were very nice and didn't try to rush.

I drove WAY out of my way to get a Starlink from a Best Buy for a 3 week trip instead of ordering direct. What I received was very obviously used and dirty, it looked like it had been outside at least a month before being boxed back up and returned, then sold as brand new to me covered in sap. The dish itself, loves to run bandwidth tests like an Olympian, but actually try to download something and you get throttled like CRAZY. It was so bad I opted in for the $2/gb premium data fees. Even so, a single Netflix season took over an hour to download. The same season took 3 minutes on hotel WiFi. Overall not happy with the product from Best Buy nor the service from starlink. The rating options Best Buy gives are misleading. Sure it can have GREAT signal strength but if starlink throttles you to where you can even stream in low def without stopping to load, then it’s not really any better than a mobile dial-up modem.

Best internet WiFi system I have had great purchase

Starlink preformed as expected. I bought this item for use in a wilderness area. Connection speed is excellent and consistent. I had a few issues getting it to recognize my location. Better instructions are need when a physical address is not available.

I am truly impressed with this Starlink equipment. The hardware seems well designed to withstand the poor treatment I have given it. The included WiFi has a strong enough signal to cover my whole house without a repeater. This whole system simply works.

Device was simple to buy and easy to install. Just download the app.

I bought this and have used it for a year When it rains, expect terrible service 120$ a month is expensive, for this price I can have a cable company and have TV included as well Mounted to roof myself in 5 mins with drywall screws and silicone Speeds are around 120-150MBPS with VERY HIGH upload

I was on a differwnt satellite service that wasnt cutting it at all. Slow and service just sucked... I have 10 -12 things running and none of them are slow... I was a bit skeptical but now I love it

It's great in rural areas and the downloads speed is very good, the upload speed no so well..

bought for our RV on a long cross-country trip as we grew tired of campground WiFi not working. works well in clearings - trees inhibit connection. Not sure what we will do now that we are home and paying for 2 wifi systems. = )

Pretty simple to set up. It only took about 10 minutes to complete the setup.

Works great, service is even better then expected, getting around 130-160mbps in my area. Weather hasn't affected it much unless it's a very bad storm. Set up was very easy.

I'm happy with the Starlink speed and the app is good. I wish that it came with a stand or attachment that most people could use instead of a small stand that they admit most people can't use. So I had to mail order and wait for a $250 roof mount. Charge me more and let me choose the mount I need to set it up instead of surprising me with another up front setup cost. Including the first month, I'm out $1000. Pretty steep.
