I love this product and it works amazing, but my only problem with it is when I received it, it was clearly used. I called to complain that it was used so BestBuy sent me another one. And when I received the second one, it was way worse than the first one and had a chip in the antenna like a rock was thrown at it. I ended up returning the second one and kept the first one that I got. If someone is spending over $700 on a product, it needs to be a brand spanking new one. Not shipping off used product without telling customers that it is used. Especially when there is no mention of it ANYWHERE in the description. It’s false advertisement. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve given it 5 stars. It works great on RV trips out in the middle of nowhere, but I will always have that worry that something might go wrong with it because the person before me might have damaged it.

We bought this for my dad‘s cabin in the woods. The family was tired of zero cell signal and slow Hughesnet Internet. Starlink was a great reprieve for the pain and suffering felt by all. 

Very happy I waited to purchase the Starlink, as well as having it installed by Best Buy. Great Experience, as always. We have been a satisfied customer of Best Buy since 1998.

We live in the county and have always had issues with internet connection. This has been by far the BEST purchase! I have told all of my family, friends and neighbors about this!

Easy to set up and was online fast. Simple instructions.

We live in rural Arkansas with limited access to internet providers other than satellite internet services. Starlink has surpassed my expectations by far. Wish I would have bought sooner!

Plug and play as advertised. I telework as a Civil Engineer and the WIFI works awesome. I am in a remote area and phone line internet was deplorable. So happy with the purchase :)

Do you live in woods? Buy it. Do you have an RV? Buy it. Did T-mobil start to play games and downgrade you home Internet after a few months? Buy it. Go to Best buy and just get it.

My kids didn’t have service out in the country where they live. This worked perfectly for them and they love it!

Perfect StarLink for my RV travels. This one Actuates and finds the correct angle to pick up the satellites for me. I don't have to align the antenna manually.

We live off grid and this works great for us we can get calls even when we don’t have cell service because we can get WiFi calls and we run our TV and tablets and computers

Fabulous item works great for me up in the mountains with my family we get wi fi and Internet with no problems after one year with trying every thing else this did the trick

Item works great. Convenient location was stocked with item. I dont recommend buying online then picking up. Takes too long and no info at the store. Buy instore is my recommendation.

Really good product, works really well even in stormy weather. Doesn't lose contact with the satellite, when it's pouring rain or windy. This the best satellite for wifi on the market.
