Great cell service in an area of no service

Normally only around 50 Mbps. Cloudy days, around 20 Mbps. Rainy days, around 3.5 Mbps. I live 30 miles south of Dallas, Texas in rural area. There are no obstructions. I've tried rebooting both the router and the Starlink via the app. It's better than nothing, but I work from home and I need something more reliable. I'm on the mobile regional plan for $150/month plan.
