    I’m in an RV and tried Starlink in 3 different cities. Throughput was good early in the morning but around 5 pm it would slow down considerably. Tried to use it to stream TV (HD, not 4K) and it would freeze 5-10 times per hour after 5pm.

    Was really looking forward to my Starlink but had issues from the start. Many back and forth between customer service, geek squad and finally Starlink. After many incorrect phone numbers from support, I was finally able to contact Starlink and they had to ship a new unit. Best to order direct rather than here.

    Bought a Starlink to be able to work from the road while on an extended camping trip. First 10 days in it worked well. Now it won’t connect and shows “offline”. Looks like either the cord connecting the dish or the dish itself failed. Starlink support has not provided much help and I am past the return window of 15 days for Best Buy. Would not recommend at this point.

    Unfortunately, no one ever heard of the Starlink satellite system! I was disappointed I could not get any assistance in getting it installed! I tried ordering it again today - unfortunately this time there were none in the state of Oklahoma to have shipped to my address!

    It worked ok, but didn't seem worth the price tag for the equipment and the monthly service was twice the price for what I'm currently paying. I returned it within 2 days.

    Best Buy's return policy for Starlink equipment is only 14 days and if you buy the Starlink equipment through Best Buy, Starlink won't refund your service if it doesn't work. Buy Starlink ONLY through Starlink's website. Best Buy is taking advantage of Starlink's support policies. I'm never buying from Best Buy again.

    Wish i could give it a 0! I have had this "item" for 2 weeks $600, paid a technician to install it $475, then have starlink $120 for the 1st month. We still have no internet. We are on our 2nd router that obviously doesn't work, they are bad right out of the box. So i am over $1000 deep into starlink and have nothing to show for it

    Works well in the city, but still charge after pausing 3 days after testing, no 7 days grace period for testing given.

    Cord too short for home install. Need to purchase separate $130 cord and eat the cost of the one that came with the unit.

    When you buy this directly from starlink you get a 30 day trial. When you buy it from best buy you only get their 14 day return policy. Save yourself the hassle and buy it directly from starlink.

    We were trying to use this in the middle of a retirement community. We loved the idea of being able to pause service when we aren’t there for the winter, but unfortunately it kept dropping signal so we had to return it. I would not recommend this for anyone where we were but with a different location I would definitely recommend.

    30 day return window on starlink website. you buy it fom bestbuy you get 15. Why would starlink do buisness with bestbuy if they dont honor manu warranty. I spend 1000s of dollars at bestbuy, i dont know if that will happen again after my recent loss of $500 on an brand new untouched starlink kit

    Broke within 1 hour of use after activating. Best buy says the return window closed because i waited a few weeks to activate to use for my trip. No assistant on replacing a brand new unit.

    Would not accept it's own serial number to get on line per instructions, no tech support. Returned for full refund. Big company, should have live support.
