I was excited about this new technology but the kit was linked to someone else's account yet i bought it brand new, very dissatisfied! Elon should do better!

I wouldn't buy at Best buy, they are the worst! No support, they are extremely rude and after using my credit card there, my credit card was used for fraudulent charges at there store. Starlink is ok.

I havent been able to see how it works. I jave no one to install it. Best buy sells it but cant help install it. Boo..

Wasn’t told the box didn’t have all the equipment. Make sure to add in the price of a stand ($225-250), then install of $400-500. Then $100/month to use the service

Quality is not what I expected, Had to return, too many trees for use without running 500ft of cable for clear shot.

Network is not stable. Not good know this after you set ut up (which is not easy). Costly equipment but very weak quality of output

Had to return this item because there is no customer support from starlink or the geek squad.

I'm moving places and for some reason I can't get into my account... there's no way to talk to them to get my account back I'm having a bad experience

Bought the item and was told it was in stock. Then told it wasn't in stock and had to pay again to pick up in store.

This Starlink system has exceeded our expectations for quality and fast internet service. Being rural with nothing but satellite as an option, and having an obstructed southern sky view, we were subject to slow, intermittent and expensive service...when able to hit the limited data cap and needing to purchase more. The DIY installation and activation went smooth (the large end connectors required a bigger hole through the framing) It is good not to have to deal with the frustrating shenanigans of the dish companies, who always promised better service but only after threatening to abandon them! We now have 2-4 simultaneous users, while one is gaming, others are not impacted. Estimated Ave. Download speeds have gone from about 30-40 on an off- peak good session to over 100 consistently. This may not be the same for your location, use the trial period, run the cable through a window or door temporarily to see how it goes in different locations.

Wonderful product. Easy and quick to set up. I live in the middle of nowhere and my best option for internet was 9mbps. I get anywhere from 75 to 160mbps with this. Ive had it for several weeks amd even during storms ive never lost service. Worth every penny.

Easy 3 part setup once out of the box. Best to start service on computer and at your home base instead of mobile device when remote because having the system already configured makes the setup when at your remote site a whole lot easier. If you plan to stream movies, get the best smart TV or other streaming device because even with fast speeds, the streaming capability is only as good as the weakest link. Computer email, text, and sharing photos goes fast without a hitch. Keep original box for storing when going remote.

We had T-Mobile home internet. T mobile signal quality had deteriorated to the point where we needed to look for alternatives. We have no access to traditional broadband so we decided to try starlink. So far starlink has delivered a signal with very infrequent and short lived buffering with speeds as promised ( approx 100 mbs) Set up was easy. We added a deco mesh system and it covers our whole house.

A bit on the expensive side, especially with additional purchases not only for service, but for mounting and passing wire through the wall. Still simple instructions and easy to setup and use. Finding it at Best Buy instead of having to order one when I suddenly realized that my new home was just outside the service area of the provider I was hoping to use was incredible, as my wife works from home and needed strong reliable Internet.

Works great. I live in a very rural area, so I don’t have many choices. I have been using Verizon Home wi-fi, which works very sporadically. Starlink was extremely easy and quick to set-up. I have speeds I have never seen at this location. I stream all of my tv through YouTube tv and other subscription services. Works perfectly!
