It's a starlink dish. It's as expected, and it's deficiencies are not due to Best Buy. Plus: Very fast when no tobstructed. Easy to set up. Better than other services available in the boobdocks. Cons: Expensive hardware, ridiculously expensive service. Cable too short if you live anywhere with trees. The places where you need starlink, you NEED a longer cable (it comes with a 50' one).

Best $600 spent!! I live in a rural area we’re internet is non existent however this product works great. We have fridge, ring x3, PlayStations, oculus x2, tablets , laptops all running great. Pricey but if your rural worth it.

Easy to purchase and install. Works exactly as advertised and made our family ecstatic. No service for months where we live. Absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting or needing WiFi.

This Starlink WiFi is amazing! We love our life out here in farm country even more now that we have fast and dependable internet. We have come out of the Stone Age. Now my daughter can do gaming and play her Wii. we are able to have nine devices going, including security cameras, with no buffering or loss of signal. This technology is so user-friendly and so is the Starlink. No contract company. Customer service has been great. highly recommend the investment in buying this product. It’s so well worth it.Why did we wait so long?

We are full time RV and this works great. Internet speeds vary but not an issue. My son plays xbox and we stream TV without issue.

Good product, well made. Good service. Great for people in a rural area where an awful phone company’s dsl is about the only other option. I didn’t give 5 stars because I feel the product and service are a little expensive.

Very reliable internet service so far! We live in a rural are where high speed internet is hard to get, or if we get it, it's fast for awhile and then slows way down. The idea of having our own device that's transportable and movable is great. It's a bit pricey on the front end, but it's yours, and the monthly fee is $120/month, but better than $100/mo for internet that doesn't even work. We can stream movies, have Zoom calls and our son can game, all at the same time.

I was very skeptical at first but I’m glad I made the purchase. Super fast internet. Pricey at first but overall worth it.

Was awesome, shipped fast only problem was the time it took to update the system and transfer the equipment in my name so I could get internet. Paid the$150 and couldn't get internet for almost two weeks until everything processed and it updated my starlink. In the remote mountains now with internet as long as I run generator. Now just need to get internet without generator and purchase and use solar panels or batteries to have power for internet.
