This thing works great. Super fast and has super fast speeds. App works great also.

There is no way to extend a modem to satellite line. The series one and two seem to be going out of service. The series three doesn't appear to mount to a pole. I need q system that I can use while working on project site 6-8 months of the year and at home 4-6 months of the year. On projects I mount the Satellite receiver on a pole attached to my litter. It home to an old dish mount. I would like to just move the satellite receiver and the modem, and leave the wire through the wall of the house and RV, and sealed. I am now looking for a Pole Buddy at a reasonab le price.

This worked great immediately. We moved it to an area that allowed for the best connectivity, pointing northernly. The fact that we live rurally and are now able to have a true unlimited internet plan is fabulous!! AT&T claimed unlimited, but throttled our usage. There's no DSL out here, only pucks, and satellite, and neither one was worth a crap. Both were throttling us. Yet they claimed we had an unlimited plan. Thank you ELON MUSK!!

BestBuy had this item almost immediately on hand while StarLink was 4 to 6 weeks out for delivery. This saved us time and money. The antenna can be finicky, but on the whole, is faster than other satellite ISP.
