Exactly what we were looking for. Works great and easy setup

Simple setup. Great speed. Needs a clear sky but it does the rest..

We live in an area with poor internet and cell phone reception. Starlink was our only option if we wanted reliable internet. After a truly fast and simple install (later we mounted the system on a pole but we started with the setup on our patio as is) we found that we had a side benefit to great internet... cell phone service with wifi!

Living in the country with no internet choices this is the best thing ever. I have 20 devices hooked to it and works superbly. Have never been able to hook that many devices at the same time before. Greatest thing every in this internet world.

Recently purchased the Starlink Gen2 with Accuated Dish Kit from BestBuy. Roughly one week later - I learned Starlink released Gen3. I attempted to return the equipment to BestBuy in Mechanicsburg where I originally purchased it from but couldn’t as it was just past 14 days. The sales associate and Manager verified at the time of purchase that we would have 60 days to return it since we purchased a BestBuy Membership. That was far from the correct answer. BestBuy only guarantees a return up to 14 days versus the BestBuy Membership 60 days return policy - as it was an activatable device. I feel as though I was lied to and was simply sold a BestBuy membership to uptick their overall sales for the store! Don’t get me wrong, the Starlink service works decently - but for your sake, purchase it directly from them and not from BestBuy. Yet another bigbox store that I am sure will fade away similar to RadioShack, Circuit City and many other electronics stores.

Came exactly as described. I wish Starlink would provide a different mount in their boxes, but that's not Best Buy's problem. Also the Starlink router is terrible for anything bigger than a studio apartment. However, you will have to get the ethernet adapter for anything else.

Hard time getting Starlink account set up. Once I got it set up, it works great.

Best Internet around for rural areas that have no way to get internet. It’s so easy to use! Highly recommended for anyone that lives out in the country. Is also mobile so we can take it with us in the camper

Works well! There's a slight buzzing coming from the router, but not very noticeable. Super easy to set up. We'll need to get a mount because the trees are slightly in the way.

Purching this dish was easy and it was delivered real fast. The issue was setting it up with no help. The app used to set it up has glitches that I was not aware of and Geek Squad is absolutely useless!!!!! So no tech support available until after you set up your dish, if you are having problems setting it up, your best bet is to reach out to people you know who have it and ask questions. Good luck......

Based on my experience using Star Link this is currently the beast in the industry. You can use it at home or go anywhere with it all you need is an access to clear sky. On top of it the price is right!

Good internet, a pain to set up. The cord it comes with is too short for a 2 story house.

I purchased a Starlink internet system from Best Buy. Tbe delivery date was to be 2 days after ordering. The system arrived the next day. So far, I have been very satisfied with the system a d est Buy.

Plug and play item. You need a clear view of the sky and you’re golden. Setup took about an hour, as well as service. It works well here in the mountains so it may work for you

Works exactly as I'd hoped. Haven't had a hiccup ot an outage. We were desperate for reliable service living 10 miles from pavement in rural Nebraska, and this was the perfect solution.

Works very well at home or our country property. Took a little bit to get the account set up but has been fantastic since. Would recommend
