Excellent product, fast delivery. Produced by Starlink but delivered by best buy. Box came in great shape and sealed from manufacture.

Best Internet Service Provider you can get, the Antenna is amazing auto adjust.

Great at first but 2 years into it I have really slow speeds during peak hours when I am trying to relax and stream some shows. It is advertised as 40 to 200mbps which I get during non peak hours but, during peak hours (5pm to 10pm) I have been consistently getting under 2mbps. When I tell Starlink about it all they say is "nothing we can do. Looks like it is oversold in your area." Great, now you are just like every other rural satellite and internet provider I have had! I thought you would do better.

Set up was is easy as it gets. Snap the base and dish together, Position the dish, place the router where you want it , and start using. I have had great results using it.

BestBuy sent our new Starlink Kit right away. We did not use the stand, but now we have much more band width. We went from 7 mbs to 120 and we are happy campers.

my experience at Best Buy was very good the staff was helpful and I had my purchase within 20 minutes. I purchased Starlink and it was very easy to set up and get connected. I have told many people if they want starlink to go to Best Buy

The product as delivered from BestBuy is what it’s supposed to be. There is virtually no real customer service from Starlink itself though. I’m stuck with Starlink because my rural address doesn’t have any other providers with reasonable connectivity.

So far we have had pretty good success. The only issue was setting up it wasn't as simple for me as I thought it would be
