Furious with Best Buy ..terrible return policy!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Kit arrived, we set it up & got no internet ...called Best Buy and was told we were past the 15 day return policy...so too bad, nothing they can do! We will NEVER shop Best Buy again! Currently out $599 for kit and $130 for 1 st months service which has never worked. We are convinced the kid was defective, but Best Buy doesn't seem to care.

Dont Believe the Hype. This thing cannot game.

I consistently see pings of 350+ ms with zero obstructions. Rain and inclement weather - even worse, but that is to be expected. Customer service is non-existent. The default wifi router is also pretty crap. Expect to spend another 200$ on a reasonably decent wifi router and just using theirs as pass-through.

Didn't work.

The antenna moved so it was working and the router was accessible through my phone but the two didn't sync. I sent it back and got one from Starlink. That one worked fine. It could've just needed to download patches or something. All I know is it didn't work. Starlink support did assist.

Stopped working within 3 months

Didn’t even last 3 months. We tried all the troubleshooting tips and it says to buy a new one since nothing worked. I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Don’t buy anything online from Best Buy

I’m sailing and wanted faster delivery than from Starlink (1-2weeks). Tried to cancel as I got the long schedule but it should have been done within 30 minutes after purchase. .

Contacted customer support and they deactivated their support. No way of contacting starlink support. Still have no service or response from them. Would not recommend to anyone.
