We received the unit in 1 day. Was easy to set up and it works great for internet anywhere we have been since we got it. As long as we use the app to get it aligned, using it for internet is as good if not better than what we had previously for home internet. Even for gaming, its great!

Maybe someone needs to let others know that you need to make a pretty big one time payment fee before you can use your device. The item was what it said. it just really was a bummer because no one said there was a one time payment and that I was going to have to pay an additional $1,200.00. Would have been nice if anyone would have warned us that before you can access the internet you have to pay this huge fee. it was kind of easy to set up I had a couple problems but I was able to figure it out without calling and asking anyone luckily. anyways it is a great product I just need to figure out how to change how to make a payment. Since I had to use one card to make the huge one time fee it wont let me change how I make a payment for the future and I need to change the account holder from one person to another.

Worth the price. We have this on a rural property where there is no cell service and this works flawlessly. It is fast and reliable. Our solar powered cameras livestream with ease. Would buy again. Install and setup are easy. Would recommend buying the pivot bracket.

I bought Starlink because of our rural location of our vacation home. We were using DSL and it was hugely unreliable. After I installed Starlink, my internet is lightening fast! It was easy to install and has been extremely reliable. I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely love our starlink. It was easy to install and set up. I love that i didnt have to call or deal with any customer service. My husband put it up on the house and then within 30 minutes we had internet. And have never had any issues with it. Great recommendation from my sister in law!

I purchased the StarLink Kit from BestBuy to use as a backup internet connection for when my primary fails. The unit was up and operational in 30 minutes and once my router was configured for fail over I was all set. Fortunately a few days later, my primary internet provider had a 6 hour maintenance period with no connectivity. StarLink took over and provided flawless and fast internet.

Setup was easy flawless. The starlink app makes it even easier plus giving you an hour of wifi to get everything going. The speeds are insane with 320mb down and 15-20mb up out in the middle of no where. It takes a really bad storm to slow things down.

OH MY. What an absolutely AMAZING product! Way out in the woods, halfway up a mountain, this system works incredibly well. Even though we have what the system calls "Partially Obstructed View," (trees) it works amazingly well. We can stream two TV's, use a laptop, and four mobile devices in a place where NO cell service and NO internet service is available otherwise. We very rarely (on an extremely cloudy day with high bandwidth usage) experience any buffering. This device and hundreds of satellites are an AWESOME setup. Thanks to Elon Musk, the impossible has become not only possible but ordinary. This thing even melts the snow off itself automatically!

I was skeptical at first about switching to Starlink, especially living in a rural area where internet options have always been disappointing. But I have to say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The speed is consistently fast for streaming, video calls, and even gaming have been smooth and reliable. What really surprised me is how dependable the service has been, even in bad weather. Starlink has completely changed how we connect at home. Highly recommend!

    Perfect for a Rural Home

I live in a Rural area. My area has one internet provider and the max internet speed you can get is 30Mbps. It was decently reliable but it wasn't enough to have work video meetings (I work a hybrid schedule). So after a few days in a row where video calls were dropped due to my internet I decided to buy this Starlink set-up. Set up was easy (I also purchased the pivot mount for my roof) and the cable was long enough to run from the roof all the way into my house to plug into the modem. I am about a month in and the speeds have been great. The speed certainly fluctuates more than you would see in a traditional internet provider but I am seeing an average of 180Mdps to 330Mbps. So no matter what I am multiple times over what I could get from the one internet provider in my area. No more buffering in the middle of streaming something. I am able to play online games with no lagging issues, I can have visitors over and everyone can connect to the internet without seeing massive dips in internet speed and of course, most importantly, I am able to work from home and take video calls reliably from my home. If you live in a more populated area then I dont really think Starlink is worth it. Usually metro areas can get you great fiber options that are faster and cheaper per month than Starlink. However, for those of us who live in Rural areas; this thing is a gamechanger!

I've been using Starlink's satellite internet service for 9mouths and I'm blown away by its performance. The setup process was seamless, and the customer support team was helpful every step of the way. *Speed and Reliability:* Starlink delivers incredibly fast speeds, consistently exceeding my expectations. I've experienced minimal latency, making it perfect for streaming, online gaming, and video conferencing. *Coverage:* Living in [Rutherfordton, North Carolina], I was skeptical about coverage, but Starlink's signal strength has been rock-solid. No outages or disruptions to report! *Value:* Considering the quality and reliability, I find the pricing to be very competitive. The cost per megabit is unbeatable. *Key Features:* - Fast speeds (average [insert speed] Mbps) - Low latency ([insert latency] ms) - Reliable connection - Easy setup and management - Competitive pricing *Overall:* Starlink has exceeded my expectations, providing a seamless and enjoyable internet experience. If you're looking for a reliable and fast internet service, especially in rural or underserved areas, Starlink is an excellent choice. *Recommendation:* Don't hesitate to give Starlink a try. The service has transformed my online experience, and I'm confident it will do the same for you! Would you like me to modify or expand this review?

Easy to setup and install. Less than an hour for temporary antenna install and connection established and up and running. Very fast Internet and TV streaming is perfect. Download speeds testing at 130 mbps to 450 mbps. All the various content that we have watched on TV has been flawless with no buffering on anything. All of the component pieces and cables are well made and high quality. Highly recommend this equipment and Starlink service.

We’ve had starlink for a year now, in an extremely rural area where everyone complains about internet outages. Our Wi-Fi has gone out maybe twice and it was because I needed an update that I didn’t realize. We game on multiple consoles and stream on several devices at the same time with minimal issues. Would recommend.

I am so happy we finally have an option for modern day internet speed. We live in a rural area and our only option were cellular hot spot (not good) or an internet provider that used old phone lines as the mean of transmission. Our speed was around 6-7 mbps. Since installing this our speeds are reaching the 230-250 mbps speeds. What a difference. The service isn't particularly cheap, but we don't have options. Install and set up was fairly easy. I would say it took me 2-3 hours and that was me doing it alone. I bought a wifi extender and now my whole home has really fast internet.

I was skeptical at first, so I delayed this review. I'm very impressed with this system. it's like the fiberoptic of satellite internet. if you live in an area that doesn't offer cable or fiberoptic internet. this would be the best choice for fast reliable internet in rule areas. The initial cost is expansive so, I recommend you budget for the purchase and the monthly charge before you buy. So far, the monthly charge has been the same $120.00. set up is easy. just follow the instructions

Pretty much plug and play. This is a great way to get pretty reliable internet in remote locations. I personally purchased this to replace comcast internet. I found their customer service to be terrible and do not want to support that company any longer. The Starlink speeds are acceptable of course no where near as fast as comcast but It works just fine just not up to par with Comcast bandwidth. I don’t really notice any difference until I’m downloading games on the computer of course it’s not as fast. The monthly pricing could use a reduction for the network throughput but for its flexibility i guess the 120 a month may be justifiable.
