Disappointed return policy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The salesperson recommended this mount for the wall but did not explain to us that it is depending on the which way that your house is built so therefore it did not work We had to order another bracket from Amazon and by the time that my husband got the bracket up it was out of warranty and I do not like the idea that Best buy only gives 15 days to return something like that I can understand electronics but not a bracket so I am very disappointed in Best buy

Doesn't stay put in windy areas, 14 day returns
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The area I live in can be windy at times and I've had to realign the satellite multiple times before reinforcing with a hose clamp and screws. I would've liked to return this item but best buy only has a 14 day return policy. For that reason I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Goodbye and best of luck best buy.
