The mounting arm is made with a nice heavy material. I was very impressed with the construction. Unfortunately I had to return it. There was no way to mount it with my gutters. The one peak where we could have placed it would not work because there are two large trees blocking a clear signal.

Starlink is awesome. We got the wall mount but it was not compatible with our installation location. so we returned it. It is however very nicely built and well packaged.

Strong winds blew down and broke our STARLINK SYSYEM ANTENNA, which caused us to lost our Internet connection, which thereby prevented our son from working his job remotely from home. And, our son is really needed at home because I am a VA 100% Disabled Veteran from exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam and unable to do much at home or even care for myself. But, Best Buy came to the rescue by scheduling an expeditious installation of a new antenna to reestablish our Internet connection ans allow our son to remain home where he was needed. Thank you BEST BUY!!!

The mounting is straightforward. All hardware is included in the package and mounting is almost intuitive for an average diy homeowner. Pick the face of your home just below the peak, & faultless connection is almost insured, because this position essentially eliminates all obstruction that would block connection with an optimal satellite. Follow the simple & almost magical guidance of the Starlink app & completion falls into place.

Great for holding the starlink. We just had tornados here and horrible winds and storms and it didn’t budge. It’s solid!

I tried mounting with an off brand mount and it was awful, bought this one instead and am very impressed. Send the extra money and get this instead of a cheaper one.
