Defective - Returned

I spent over an hour in a chat with their support people before they admitted that it wasn't working. I was also worried that it had somehow caused a corruption of the files on my hard drive, but luckily I didn't lose any data (that I know of).

Stopped working for less than 8 months

Power is still being provided to the USB devices. (e.g. my mouse and keyboard light up but can't type nor move the mouse.)
