Good bag, maybe not for sous vide

It's a bag. It serves its purpose as a sealable and reusable bag. The thickness of the material is nice, and it locks well. My reason for the very average score is that it actually doesn't do a great job with sous vide. The material is too quick to contour what's in it, so you don't get even heat inside. It's also really hard to seal up without air.

We love cooking with these bags. They clean well also. I feel like it's a slight pain to get them to do a full seal but after the bag has been in the warm water for 20 minutes - I'm able to push the air out of the bag easier.

It’s a little on the pricey side considering you can use ziplock bags instead and the silicon seems to stain pretty good after I threw some paprika coated chicken in it. All in all it’s cheaper than buying a vacuum sealer and using tons of bags.

This bag has worked great with Anova sous vide, have used it for steaks and pork chops, wash in dishwasher after use -- reusable and a lot cheaper than alternative

Works great for our sous vide. It is a bit of a struggle to get all the air out depending on the food, but re-usability and high temp tolerance are worth it. There's a technique I will try using an inexpensive hand sealer to seal these that I'm going to try next.
I have not used these bags as actual storage, however. The seal is quite weak against liquids so I don't suggest using them for marinades and such. Get a glass dish or use disposable bags for that.

The bags are sturdy, easy to clean, and water tight. They are however small and only can fit about 2.5 lbs of meat.

If you don't have an expensive food vaccuum sealer, this reusable bag works very well. It's dishwasher safe, too!

Love the sou vie and this bag takes it up a notch. Easy to clean, Easy to use (just squeeze out all the air) and I dont feel guilty about using the bag since it can be used over and over and over and over, unlike a vacuum seal bag.

Probably not large enough to cook portions for more than two people but it works great. Use it for sous vide cooking - not a chef but like the fact that there's hardly any clean up after cooking.

Pain in the you know what it does hold food in there good but it is too floaty you have to really weigh it down also the grips on the bag are really frustrating because sometimes you can’t pull it apart sometimes you think the bag is closed but there is a little gap that didn’t close it works good with heavy stuff but for vegetables and potatoes forget about it use a ziplock if you have to or your vacuum sealer if you have one
