Not reallu necessary

Steak cooked the way you like it

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I confuse I have not used this yet nor the the Anova Precision Cooker device though have read this you will have it 'in the bag' if you use this product for cooking. Big enough to hold a few steaks, 7" x 3" each else one bigger one slide in at an angle. Then you just need to toss a steak in this bag then take it out when done (perfect medium rear) then toss in a skillet for a quick moment to sear each side. Diner...is severed.

Works, but impossible to clean

I spent a decent amount of time cleaning our and a couple days later when my wife went to use it she mentioned that it was still dirty. Not sure why it is so hard to clean, but we will most likely rarely use this. It cost as much as 2 - 100' rolls of the disposable stuff and I just can't see us getting our money out of it. We really hate using the disposable stuff, but it just works better.
