Not good.

High Quality but Unnecessary
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an Annova Stasher to use with my Sous Vide when I first bought it back in June. The bag itself is made from super durable materials and is easy enough to clean out after using. However, creating an airtight seal by partial submersion is much tougher than just using a regular EPA free zip lock bag from the store. Additionally it doesn't have enough room for most of the larger cuts of meat I use in my Annova Sous Vide. That being said, the Stasher is an environmentally friendly option since its reusable and the bag itself is a good option to have when your out of ziplocks and don't have time to run to the store.
