the gameplay is very good as the core system focuses a lot more on survival and not just zombies, hard to explain but very enjoyable

Decent zombie survival game with decent play and story

a hidden gem, i cant tell you how much i enjoy this game. its fun, on the easier side and detailed. plus i just love zombies !

When I first launched the game it loaded fine and I went through the tutorial and I sat at a loading screen for over 20 minutes, and then I tried several more times to no avail, I had to uninstall and reinstall twice for the game to finally load past the tutorial, so be wary that the developers don't seem to be fixing known big issue bugs.

This game has been very addictive and fun so far. Haven't put a ton of time in yet but I can already tell it will be kinda overwhelming and time consuming in some ways. It seems like the kind of game that will pull you in several different directions with many sacrifices to be made with characters and resources.

When you start this game, you have to help your friend make it to safety. It is fun and graphics are pretty good.

Very fun game. I didn't expect much from this game which is why i also bought the Witcher 3 at the same time but i have not even touched it yet. This game gives you LOTS to do and it can be a bit confusing in the beginning but it'll slowly take over your life. you dont have to play with friends but it would certainly make this more fun and easier but if you're a lone wolf like me then you'll thrive regardless. BUY THIS GAME. EXCLUSIVE! $30 !!!!

I think its a good game. Scavenging for supplies lots of zombies to kill. resources, resources, resources. be prepared to search through everything again and again. Overall, the concept is Kool and I am enjoying in so far. Its worth a play if your a zombie Fan and its cheap, you can't beat it.

Great sequel to a cool game. The sequel based a lot of their features on leveling up not just your character, but skills, traits, your base, etc. Its time consuming as well. The only negative is joining other people sessions on multiplayer, doesn't further your own story progression.

As a fan of the first State of Decay I was excited to see the new features and graphics. Needless to say they did a great job improving on the first entry in multiple ways. It is a blast to play and provides many hours of enjoyment.

So I'm roughly 60 hours in and the game is great, after the recent updates the glitches are for the most part gone and it's been enjoyable. It's just a little dry in the long run. A sale buy for sure

State of Decay 2 is a great zombie survival game with high replay value, as replaying gives you bonuses for each new community you start after completion. New missions and unique tasks through completion and story progression. There are still some minor bugs, but after a 20GB Patch 1.2 (June 9th, 2018) there are only minor issues with future patches in the works.

Zombie games are always fun. great game to play with friends

It has a nice RPG feel to it and is pretty fun to play especially if you have friends who play. It can get a little repetitive scavenging for stuff but is the same with all RPGs of this type. Worth it for the price.

I love the game it just takes forever to get to where it’s actually fun. You also have the constant complaining of everyone at your compound that gets super annoying. Once you get them satisfied with supplies it’s pretty fun.

Never played State of Decay 1, but I wanted to give this a try. Monotonous at first finding the same resources over and over then 'bringing' back to your base. Trying to get further into gameplay because there's a lot there.

Very good game. I really enjoy playing this game’s story.

Plays well, adds a lot of immersive gameplay and multiplayer making it much more captivating than the first, but it isn't different enough or add enough interesting story elements to make it a 5 star game.
