It’s a great chair, just not quite right for me in helping to relieve back pain from an injury. Overall quality is great, and the lumbar support is decent.

This was a BBY problem not a chair problem. It was a Deal of the Day and when we received it the box had been opened and contained a black chair of undetermined origin. Presumably a customer had scammed them and they didn't bother to look. We wanted to send it back with the truck that brought it but they said they then wouldn't get paid for the delivery and that ain't right. They picked up the chair a few days later but BBY had no chairs with which to exchange it and they wouldn't honor the discount on any other chair so we got our money back (minus 50 cents - really). This will never get published but at least I get to waste my time venting into the ethersphere.
