The upper and lower back firmness can be adjusted separately. I especially like the lumbar support -- can be move to precisely fit user's lumber posture.

Easily one of the top five office chairs in existence and if anything breaks outside of warranty in the future there are very reputable places online where you can get any part replaced. The seat may be a bit firm or lacking in padding for some, but no chair is going to fix bad posture or poor weight distribution.

Great great chair that would of been perfect with a option for a headrest. Even compatibility with after market headrests would of made it perfect.
