Light weight, feels great. I returned the product, because I'm most comfortable with 2-3 buttons. If you're in the market for a mouse and are open to the idea of 12 buttons then give it a chance!

Mouse is light and comfortable enough, however it disconnects all the time while in direct sight and within 1 foot of the dongle. As i bought is for gaming, waiting randomly 3 seconds for it to reconnect is not acceptable. I have triedball the suggested gixes and uodated all the druvers with no effect. It looks like this is a common issue. Side buttons are usable but not great, a coule of tactile pips on some buttons would have been great.

This review is now 7 months in the making. By the 3rd month of owning it I noticed that my connection was cutting in and out. Thought it may be a software issue. Up dated drivers and still I get drops from the mouse to the receiver. my scroll wheel sometimes doesn't work from time to time. I'm glad that there is a blue tooth option, no problems there. Hope I just got a dud. Build quality is nice and how the 12 side buttons feel are a but too forward. I like how light the mouse and responsive.

Smooth mouse, buttons have solid resistance to prevent any accidental presses, surprisingly lightweight even with the extra buttons on the side. Good for FPS

The mouse is amazing would highly recommend has the fast trigger actions my hand doesn’t get sweaty from hrs of coding or game play the feel of it in your palm is amazing and don’t forget the button you can program to your liking highly worth the purchase

Beautiful RGB with a lot of customization and even the option to have them turn off while the mouse is moving to save battery life, the stock slides and ultra light weight design make this mouse glide weighless across the mousepad. The indepth customization of the side buttons Is beyond impressive, and being able to have up to 5 dpi settings is very nice. Highly recommended this mouse for gaming and recreational purposes

This is the best gamming mouse on the market. The features are great and the side buttons make it a must have for any gamer. Cutting edge performance, the software is very good with everything well mapped out. The lighting effects are a nice touch.

Mouse is great and very light. Buttons are comfortable. It was hard for me to get used to because the grip is different from the Razer Naga. But, im liking this mouse more. Wish there was a way to re-map the DPI button to do something different i believe is my only gripe

Mouse is too large and the forward-most buttons can't be reached without stretching my hand. Software interface is also buggy and lacks some important customization options

After gettign this mouse 4 times the 5th one works amazing. I wouod recommed it if it works like my 5th one. Great quality just soft ware issues here and there.

Bought it twice because i really liked the feel and the steel series software. But there always seems to be a problem after a few months. Newest issue is the scroll wheel ended up acting crazy when i scroll. Now worth ghe price tag honestly if yhe issues persists

To be fair, if the buttons were reachable and not super firm, I would’ve kept it. The weight is great, software could be better. It’s OK.

I returned the Razer Naga v2 Pro because it was so heavy that I couldnt lift it without pressing the buttons (when in 12 button mode). The aerox 9 i does not have that problem. You can flick this mouse around vigorously with your fingers on the buttons and they wont press. Great quality. It feels good in hand, but the most forward 2 rows are difficult to reach without twisting your hand.
