Quiet Gaming Keyboard Replacement

This keyboard is quieter than I thought it would be and though the lighting is not as great as the old one. It does a great job as a replacement. My neighbor as well is more pleased with the quieter sound. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a quieter gaming keyboard at a decent price.

Good feeling keyboard

Perfect for me, but...

I was replacing an OEM keyboard that was not good at all. First, this keyboard is full size. It has a number key pad, and it has Delete, Home, Page Up, and Page down keys. It has full size arrow keys. These were keys I really missed on my OEM keyboard. Finally, although it only has LED lighting by area (not by individual key), it is perfect for me as I simply use it as a lighted keyboard. I tried other gaming keyboards at the Best Buy store that were truly mechanical, and they were great. But I did not need their response time, and therefore, I did not want to pay for it.

Impressive Gaming Keyboard!

This Apex3 is not excluded! It has a great design, a good feeling and impressive button mechanism. It comes with an RGB lighting which is manageable thorough its desktop application with infinite different styles. The restpad is really soft and attaches very well by the magnetic mechanism to the keyboard. It is beautiful. For an entry level gaming keyboard form Steelseries it is awesome! If you're a RTS gamer or a FPS gamer who likes to grip the mouse with the fingers not the palm because of its size, it is one of the best products on the shelf.
