Not a bad keyboard. Just wasn’t my style. I didn’t enjoy how raised the keys are. Very easy to hit the walls of keys while trying to be fast.

The previous model felt more comfortable. The new padding is not angled correctly and hurts the wrist eventually. The battery life is absolutely horrible. You need to charge it every night which makes you think why would you pay $60 extra to do more work to power it. The actuation switches double register sometimes at certain intervals, thats awesome too (sarcasm). I would return it and buy a custom pbt keyboard at this point. The price hike of this premium keyboard is a joke. Much like the customization that you get from the software. At least they got a smaller cable, so it gets some praise.

Happy for my gift, it's a really responsive keyboard.

Compact TKL keyboard but response if too good that you might click on the other keys and type extra letters

SteelSeries has NO replacement dongles! I lost my dongle during a move and worst part is that the dongle is REQUIRED to update the keyboard software. SteelSeries has NO options online for replacement and will force you through days of back and forth by email to tell you they aren't able to send out replacements either. Even worse, they offer replacements for older Apex Pro keyboard dongles online. It's something they CAN do but won't and those old dongles don't work regardless. This is a warning to anyone who buys this as SteelSeries will NOT help you out if you lose that dongle and you'll be stuck with what is essentially a brick since the Bluetooth connectivity is so bad and the wired connection isn't a priority.

Not as a good as a wooting or the new razer huntsman

I do love my original full sized apex pro, so i did get this when i was in the market for a new wireless board. It is still just as good as the original my main complaints are the 2.0 stiches dont feel as nice as the OG omnipoint switches. As well there appear to be less lighting options. But as a whole i would still say this is top 3 for high end prebuilt boards i have used.

An ok keyboard but a deal-breaker is that the keyboard goes to sleep after a while. So if I am typing an "E", I have to do it twice, once for waking it up and the second keypress is the actual type. This is not good and would make me return this to Best Buy shortly.

Wonderfu. Would recommend this product to a gamer.

Had some connection issues out of the box so I updated firmware. After the update, the Bluetooth would not connect and when it finally did the keys would take 30 seconds to register, if they registered at all. Did a factory reset and it would work for 15-20 minutes before not keys not registering again. After 5-6 factory reset I had enough and decided to return it. I own several Steelseries products and have had zero issues with them until this one. Do not buy until the firmware issues are fixed.

Lasted 4 Months and then i got ghost touch. Steel series is no help. they just tell me to go through best buy since i bought it from them. i guess there warranty only applies to there products if you buy it directly front them

This keyboard is really top of the line until logitech refreshs the g915. Amazing performance and packed with features

Expensive but high quality, love everything about it. Especially after I added white keycaps to it. Looks amazing,But I do miss my clicky blue switches. Lots of customizations through the steel series hub as well
