Excellent product. Comfortable ear cups. Just make sure you don’t lose that Bluetooth dongle because it’s so small. An auxiliary cord is included which acts as a backup but wireless is always better of course! Other than that this product worked flawlessly! Also make sure you plug the charger into the right port. I thought it was defective because it wasn’t charging properly. Only to find out I plugged it into the Mic Port.

even though these headphones are for gaming, i use them for work. the audio quality is great, i only have issues with the microphone.. whether i use it for work or gaming, people have a hard time hearing me sometimes ! other than that, the battery lasts for a great amount of time and it’s pretty easy to set up.

My favorite pair of headphones by far! They have great battery life and offer a wired connection as an alternative. Super comfortable and have great sound. Not to mention their noise cancellation attribute. There is also no interference like with other bluetooth setups.

Excellent sound quality. Battery life is pretty good. The only issue I have is the inability to make changes to settings directly on the headset or on a PS4. I had to plug them into a computer to adjust the settings so I could hear myself talk and modify the EQ. Otherwise they’re great

Bought this for my 12-year old grandson for Christmas and it hasn't been off his head much. He uses it wirelessly with his VR and his Switch. For things that won't run wireless, such as an older I-pad, he uses the wire. It can be used wireless or with the wire. A very good purchase.

Sound great work great not heavy. It does not push on earrings, but I do get some pain if I wear them all day with my glasses. But for video game sessions very light and comfortable. I do wish the usb-a dongle was shorter. But for some set ups the long cord is probably great.

I searched and searched for a headset for my Switch that could be used either wired or wireless and finally found these. After extensive use I absolutely love them and would definitely recommend them for any gamer who wants to hear the other players sneaking around perfectly, needs a solid adjustable mic that can actually be removed if need be, and can be used without pesky wires holding you back. Just plug the Dongle into the usb attachment that comes with it to your Switch in dock mode or in handheld mode without the usb extension and your ready to go. I wish someone had saved me the trouble and reviewed these baby’s so I could have found them a long time ago.

Is there a very nice set of headphones. I was having trouble finding a set of headphones that would link up with the Nintendo Switch without it being a cord. The clarity and the quietness is superb. Highly recommend.

The sound is excellent, comfortable and light, well built. The microphone was a bit difficult to configure due to the different Windows options. Once configured and it took some time and you tube videos is great.

This is my first time trying Steel Series and I must say I am very pleased with these headsets. I've been using the Sony Platinum Wireless Gold for years but I wanted to try something new for The Playstation 5. I did my research on Steel Series and many people said Steel Series make some the best gaming headsets. I tried these out and they blew me away. I would recommend these to anyone who want a good set gaming headsets.

Bought it for my 12 yr old son. Definitely the most comfortable headset he has owned. Sound is great. This set wasn’t as expensive as the others, but the quality is better. Def a must buy!!

Pros: This headset is very comfortable and light even during extended gaming. They block out or muffle most external sound. You can customize a lot of settings such as the equalizer, dynamic range compression, and mic sidetone using the free Steelseries Engine software on a computer. It will connect directly into the USB-c port where you put the Nintendo Switch charging cable. And it has the wire to plug into the USB port on the Switch dock as well. Cons: The mic needs to be close to the mouth to pick up your voice loud enough for the sidetone, which allows you to hear yourself through the headset since it is noise cancelling. The mic will then pick up the sound of breathing out of your nose as well. The ear cups also make it feel as if your ears aren't "breathing," and ears tend to get very warm. Overall I really like them, especially cause they have great sound quality and settings, and they pair perfectly with the Nintendo Switch!

Absolutely the best option for a wireless headset for NSW! No pairing necessary it works straight out the box. Sound is pristine and definitely a must buy for NSW gaming enthusiasts.

The sound is amazing and blocks out all unwanted noise. It connects easily to my PS4 and Nintendo Switch with a click of the turn on button. Also has a really good battery life!

I use these way more than I thought I would. Compatible with everything. Even works while docked using the USB adapter. Sound and mic quality are great. Favorite headset.

These are some excellent gaming earphones and specialty because they are wireless kids love them and very limited for the nintendo switch not many options.

It’s such a shame I had to return these headphones because the sound was great and I liked the fact that I could use these headphones with a lot of products like the ps4, Nintendo switch, Xbox, and pc. The reason I had to return these was because the clamping was way too strong. It put so much pressure on my head and made using them extremely uncomfortable.

My fiance has tried many different wireless head phones. He has told me repeatedly how well these work. Even stated they are the absolute best ones yet.

My Daughter Loves it, she uses with her Switch, and for home schooling too, she said it's very comfortable, long lasting batteries. Pretty good wireless Headset.
