I think the overall usage of this product was nice, but the wire of this headset becomes worn out pretty quick. This leads to audio issues in the long run. I’d recommend just getting the wireless headset.

i bought these as a spare good comfort but could use a better adjustment and the sound is okay kinda quite but if you have a smaller head then they are comfy other then that i had better ones..

Bought 3. Battery back-up worked as expected. Kept our computers running while the generator switched over. 3rd one was given to my grandson. During power outage allowed him to save his work before turning off his computer.

The sound quality is high but the ear coverings seem to be sub par made of cloth. The mic is almost useless. It is small and chatting online is almost impossible while playing a game.

I don't know much about this I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my son. He researched it and said it was really good. I will update again once he's used it.

I can’t really say anything about this product because it’s for my son using it for his gaming. So far he didn’t complain anything bad and likes it. It’s working well for him.

Bought these for my daughter for her xbox, who is on them at this very moment on her tablet and hasnt ever complained once. And if you know kids then id say it was a good deal.

I got these to replace a old bluetooth set I had. If these ever break, which I doubt, I will buy another set. RGB, but same brand. But if you have long hair the ski band thing will snag.

My son loves it. Works great with games on the computer. For a better connection on Xbox, we bought Turtle bay adapter. My son said sound cut out here and there using standard connection.

Upgraded to these headphones after my kids complained of ear/headaches from the JLab kids headphones. Great set of wired headphones. The ear cushion is so soft and breathable.

Great Brand. Great Product. I bought 3 of these for my little brothers. Pc had no problem with setting up. But on consoles, be sure to check your mic/audio settings prior to using. But it’s no biggie.

Purchased this for my 12 year old son to use with his Nintendo Switch. Sound clarity is great! Just wish the cable for connecting the headphone to the console is longer.

Is there a manufacturers warranty on this product. The earpiece became detached from the headset.

This is a great headset the only thing i don't like is that they change the audio plug to a straight plug instead of the angled one they had before

These work well with the Xbox series S I bought recently from Best Buy. The sound is clear and microphone works well. I really enjoy the surround sound.

Ordered a second headset from BestBuy during this virus going around. Both times great and quick visits! The first I was asked for an ID and the second time I was not.
