Not mad, just disappointed

After countless hours of trying to figure out how all my audio is being played through my headset even while muted and turned down all the way, I’ve decided to move on to another company of headsets.

Painful to wear, especially with glasses.

Everything tech wise is good. The problem I continue to have and will always have is that using these headphones is literally painful. I wear glasses and these headphones press down on the frames. Aside from the glasses issue, these headphones press down on your ears as well and after a while they become sore as well.
