Mic didn’t work

It is extremely comfortable, but the headset was broken and I didn’t get any response from the SteelSeries customer support when I was trying to troubleshoot when I thought it was an Xbox problem. Finally I plugged it into my pc and did a mic test and figured out that the mic was just broken.

Poor sound quality

Not what i thought it would be
