Did not expect it to randomly break

The headrest is very comfy and sound is okay for its price but the mic randomly stopped working in a very important call. I would absolutely not recommend.

If your not a hardcore gamer and you just want to be able to play without using speaker this is better than nothing but spend a couple extra bucks and get a better headset it’ll e worth your money and time

The mic on both pair that i bought would just not deliver sound. installed all drivers, updates, etc. would not recommend if you plan on using the mic with the headset.

The overall built and quality of the item felt cheap to me. I ended up returning them and I think I’m going for the LogiTech pros now. They are more expensive but for better quality I’m hoping it’s worth it.

Good sound but very heavy and uncomfortable

We bought this for use with a telecommuting job but returned it after one day due to the weight of the product. It is just not comfortable to use for 8 hrs a day.

Didn’t last long

I began using it since November 11, 2020 and it start crackling and started hearing static noise from my friends. I regret not buying the replacement plan.

Low sounding and mic didnt last

The mic stopped working after one day. Spend a little more money for some hyper x products. Cloud 2 or the core headset.

misleading pictures

Feel pretty cheap, cheap plastic all across the board and a flimsy head band. Ran into a lot of issues with the mic too, over discord and other chats would sound too low. Kudos to their marketing for making these seem at least decent in pictures, but dont be fooled these are probably the worst headphones i've ever seen at this price point
