It worked fine at first but after a while it stopped working. NOT WORTH $70.

If I could eat this zero out of ten i would. Total rip off. Didn't even get to use them because they were broken before I had received them. I want a full refund for this purchase including taxes as well. Or an exchange this is just horrendous and poorly of Best Buy. I wasted a week hyped for a new headset only to be disappointed in the end.

I am someone who easily gets compression headaches and typically have to stretch over ear/on ear headphones over some books. These were very comfortable out the gate and immediately after purchase, I was able to wear them for 3 hours straight. I could have kept going just fine. I may stretch them some but I may not. I also have a pair of Arctis 9Xs and those required that I stretch them a pretty decent amount before I could wear them for long periods. This may be due to them having batteries and wireless chips inside adding weight, but the Arctis 3 is very very light and I love the fact that these have a lot of the same features I love from the 9X. This is truly a budget headset with a LOT of value. I recommend pushing the volume all the way up on your PC/Xbox/PS4/Switch and then adjusting the volume to your liking using the scroll wheel on the headset itself. I have tested this headset on a Mac, PS4, Xbox, and Switch and it works fantastically on all of them. Microphone sounds great and the audio is very clear. Audio is fantastic on these, especially for the price. I could recommend these for anyone looking to get a headset / headphones and not having to spend a ton of money.

I probably just got a defective one but... There was humming in the mic and white noise in the headphone. So i moved it to the back ports of my pc and same problem but instead of humming it was like staticy air. I tried it on my phone and Xbox and there were similar issues. Maybe it was just the pair I got so I will return and repurchase a different pair.

Bought this for my son for Easter. It worked great for about 15 minutes, then stopped working.

Bought for my oldest son. My 2 younger kids have the Artics 1 so thought inevitably this would be an (even if slightly) better version. Unfortunately my son just told me that it worked for a week and then broke. We tried everything to troubleshoot and correct but it’s junk now & is no longer returnable

Bad audio tbh, sounds like your in PS4 game chat, very sd quality sound

I bought this headset after another headset of mine broke. I tried plugging it in and there's no adaptor. Apparently, I have an "old" Xbox one controller so I'm unable to use it. Returning it, if I can still can.

Just like the other one star ratings , it just never seemed to have complete connectuon. Now when i plug i cant talk or hear the chat. When i discconet after a while i can start to hear my members again

I was disappointed in the microphone. Sounded "tinny"

This is a great headset! I've been through so many different headsets and I finally landed on a fantastic one. It is light as a feather, adjustable, and doesn't dent my big noggin. I can play with it on for hours in comfort even with my glasses. The retractable mic is a hug plus. Tucks out of the way when not needed. The sound on my Xbox series S is crisp, clear and immersive. I was looking at the wireless ones but decided I just didn't want another thing I had to charge. For the money, I doubt you'll find a better headset.

every time i get on with the boys my mic always cuts out so they can’t hear me or i can’t hear them

Headphones started giving echo French after 35 days I purchased them. Online players on several different games could not play with me due to feedback was horrendous. Need to exchange.

Outdated and Mic stopped work after one week. Steel series doesn't update this mic because its outdated. Therefore it's useless.

These aren't supported by the SteelSeries engine anymore so you can't actually use the mic on discord, If you plan on using these for gaming, buy something else!

They were crappyer than crap when I put them on they made a static noise and yeah that was annoying

Terrible purchase. Bestbuy employee talked me into buying these. They do not have drivers for full use Windows 10, in the year 2020.

My first of two of these headsets lasted almost 24 hours before crapping out--the second one lasted approximately 100 days.

SteelSeries software doesn't support this model anymore. Will not receive any updates for the audio, can't access an equalizer.
