I reliable headset and a good quality headset. Would recommend

The head set has very good sound it works with a lot of gaming consoles.

These are a step up from the T.B. headphones previously purchased, which kept having electrical issues. These Arctis 3 headphones are a tad bit heavier, but the adjustable suspension strap keeps them comfortable for prolonged use. They have a sturdy build, and the speaker and microphone quality is very good for the price. No complaints so far.

It very comfortable and look nice with the minimum rustic look.

Purchased this item for grandson's birthday. Needed a pair of wired headphones for ease of use. He's not so good with bluetooth technology and these were perfect. They have great sound, were reasonably priced and are easy for him to use. The Best Buy location was clean and easy to navigate during the covid restrictions and I wouldn't hesitate to visit the store for an in-person purchase again.

The price point is a great start and the store also price matched with what online was offering! The headset cushion is very soft and super comfortable among the their headsets I’ve tried previously. The wire for the headset is long enough to walk away from the computer just a couple feet. Super happy with my overall use and would recommend it to others.

A 4 star rating despite breakage? Yes. The foam pulled away from one of the ear pieces within 2 weeks of use and it could not be repaired. Swapped out for a new pair (actually had to be ordered) at our local BB store. The quality of the actual headset (sound, volume, comfort) is very good: 8.5 out of 10. The retractable microphone seems like a great idea, but it is a little flimsy.

Works great. Nice and comfy, not overly heavy. Does not put unnecessary pressure on ears. Comes with a super long cord which is handy. The mic works well and its nice that it retracts when not needed so it's not in the way. The one complaint I have is that the adapter cord has to be used when using a chromebook or xbox. But overall a great device for the cost.

Great pair of headphones I play a lot of fps games just what I needed

I recently purchased these after looking around and doing some research. I was using the Astro A10s prior to getting these. The Arctis 3 is way more comfortable and the sound quality is better. I can wear these for hours without them feeling uncomfortable. I'm very glad I made the upgrade.

These headphones are on the cheaper spectrum from SS, but they’re great at their price point. I prefer wireless except when it comes to charging the batteries. These function well, they’re comfortable, and the sound is on point. No overbearing base or issues with connection points. Can’t say enough good things about any SteelSeries products.

I bought these while already having the black set because I love this headset so much. I wanted to have another pair before the end up not being around anymore. Great sound, super light and comfortable. Cord can be removed for easy storage and the mic does not have to be extended during party chat in order to still work fine.

These are really good gaming headphones with a solid mic and design. I do think they are not as comfortable as some of the better headphones (non-gaming) available on the market. But the dual channel positioning is pretty good along with a solid mic. Combined with the non-leather pads (leather ones get warm), these are nice for hours of gaming.

Absolutely great set of headphones. Adjustable strap to allow maximum comfort, great muffs for noise canceling around your ears. The microphone is awesome at picking up sounds so no issues talking to party’s on discord or anything else. Absolutely awesome pair of headphones for gaming or anything else, especially for the price.
