DONT BUY STEEL SERIES ANYTHING. They are cheaply made, and wont stand by their warranty

Mine just randomly stopped working. Love the product, just doesn’t want to turn on now. Doesn’t charge. Don’t know what happened.

Although it is very light and comfortable, it doesn’t hold a charge! I can maybe get only 3 hours of use, which defeats the purpose of having a wireless headset! It is also difficult to hearing my customers, as I am using these for work! So I work with them plugged in most of the time and even with the sound on full volume, it is not enough! I would not recommend them if you are using them for work!

OK, This is my 3rd SteelSeries Headset, the first two of them were the best of the best.. this one is complete trash! Arctis7 had DTS 7.1. This one has Sonar (a big piece of trash, doesn't clean the audio, not working with noise suppression, always has issues with the wheel to change between game and chat, the USB-C receiver cant handle 15ft, and no more than 10ft if there is a wall between. And I am writing this review because, for some reason, now they don't turn on, and I am trying to find my guarantee because I bought them a few months ago. Please stay away from this model.

It works fine but the mic quality sounds terrible when using it on Discord.

After owning many pairs of headphones, I wanted to dive into the wireless headset space and decided to try these out. Unfortunately, the ear ups are uncomfortable and press against my ears. The headset is painful to wear. I had to order larger custom ear pads to get these to not be painful. These Artics miss the mark.

Was expecting a good headset but I got constant crackling from what I believe was wireless interference from devices around me on both PS5 and PC. Weird thing is I have an older Arctis 7 and never experience that issue. Ended up returning the device.

The headphones will randomly lock up and hang on the last sound. You just have to cycle power but you shouldn't have to do that for the price point. Did a driver reset as SteelSeries customer service suggested

In comparison to the previous version - arctis 7, these are a total failure. I bought these because I had to replace my regular arctis 7 for harware reaons; since the first day I started having problems when opening discord while on a game, or viceversa. I would stand up from my PC and I would stop listening to the chat in discord; I downloaded the sonar feature in the GG app and it was disastrous, I do not recommend these headsets.

I really loved these headphones up until one day they decided to quit charging, I'm really disappointed with SteelSeries.

Poor quality headset. Not very comfortable and sound quality as well as microphone quality leave a lot to be desired.

Purchased these headphones in June. Five months they do not work.

Thus far im not extremely pleased with this headset, ive been trying to get sound to work on here since 9pm (about 4 hours total) ive done numerous troubleshooting procedures with no success. Its extremely disappointing. Should be plug and play but its not. Will probably change brands because of this crap.

Quality is great. But for me they were way to quite. I would not recommend.

Horrible, horrible sound on PS5 and PC. Never tried on Xbox. Returned to store. I cannot explain how these are well reviewed and recommended by pro sites. These are hot garbage.

I lost my dongle and I am unable to buy a replacement. It's been 3 months and neither best buy or Steel series has an option to buy an accessory.
