I love SteelSeries headsets, I have the Arctis Pro for my PC/Xbox and was using the white Sony Pulse white for my PS5 (black came out RIGHT after I got the white which bummed me out). The pulse is arguably the best headset for the PS5 but after hours of gaming my ears started to hurt. The cooling memory foam of the Arctis series headsets beats regular foam padding all day. Some people complain about the build quality of Arctis headsets - most of those I determine are poor neckbeards that expect things to last 10 years. Bro - if you get three to four years out of a headset you are doing great, Otherwise, quit rage quitting and taking it out on your headsets. The quality is pretty dang good. My only complaint is on max volume there is a slight static sound - I can't notice it during gameplay but when it's silent I can def notice it. Other than that these are near perfect. Battery lasts forever and I love the much needed USB-C update. The perfect headset would be the Arctis Pro with USB-C with an all Aluminum frame. The retractable boom mic is perfect. You can easily slide it in/out and it doesn't get in the way - it glows red when it's muted so can easily detect when mute is on/off. The button layout is nice and it's not super cluttered. I like the volume dials instead of volume buttons, makes it much easier when gaming and worth it even when you accidently lower the volume when putting on/taking off the headsets. I think these are priced just right. I don't see the need to pay anything more for a headset, these have all the features you need when playing first person shooters including spacial surround sound and gives you the battery life you need for long gaming sessions. Anything lower than this price range you are going to get what you pay for - or what you don't pay for. With all that said, the cons aren't deal breakers or even bad enough to take a star away from a 5 Star rating but I thought i'd mention them anyways.

It has great sound, a good amount of range (roughly 35-40 feet before the audio starts dropping) and the thirty hour battery life is pretty accurate. I would give it five stars but it's a little price for what you get, and after wearing for a long time my left ear begins to hurt a little, which is because my ears are oddly shaped and not the headsets fault. After having it for almost 3 weeks, I'd say it's a good headset overall.

It’s a good headset, I use it for my ps5 and I use almost on a daily for a few hours. The battery is exceptionally good lasts a few days without needing to charge. But lately after about 8 months with this headset it has started to turn off randomly not often but still gets annoying. Besides that issue I don’t have a problem with them audio is normal nothing to major with them it’s a basic headset that I use and not for pro use

Solid Headset. Sound is crisp and the cushion isn't too firm or uncomfortable. Have been using them for months with no issues. Would recommend.

Love these headphones. The only thing o would change it the width of the plug. It was a little too wide and I had to move around some different cords in order to plug it in. Besides that small issue, they have great sounds quality and battery life. I also love that the mic slides into the headphones and out of the way! The changeable strap is a great feature too!

Much needed headset for the Nintendo Switch. Using it docked to the TV, this headset is a must have wireless option. Very comfortable and sound/mic quality are perfect.

Honeslty only giving this a two star simply for comfort, lightweight, and good sound quality. Everything else is terrible. Tried them on in the store and immedietlly fell in love. That was until I got home. You’re supposed to be able to plug the dongle in and they connect automatically and that was far from the truth. I had to manually connect. Them update the software. Then update the headset. Then change all your pc audio settings. After all that…..when you go to play again hours later, they still won’t connect on their own. You have to keep manually connecting them. I was really bummed out. Was really hoping they’d be awesome. I took them back the next day and got something else I was instantly happy with

I have been using this headset for a couple of months now, I have been using it both on PC and PS5 and they work flawlessly. They are very comfortable and feel have a premium feel. Of course you get more options on PC using SteelSeries software but they still work great on PlayStation. The sound quality is great and the microphone is clear.

These are so nice. Nice and light. They don’t hurt my ears agteff rd hours of playing like my turtle beaches did. These are good if you want something for when the wife’s asleep and you talk loud when you have a headset on. You can turn these up and hear some pass through of your voice and you can tell if you are being loud.

Very comfortable headphones, that sound great and have excellent battery life. My only qualm is that they are a bit tough to adjust past a certain point for someone with a smaller head. They are, however, an excellent value for their price point. If you're truly looking for an audiophile experience, I am afraid you'll have to break the bank a bit more.

Bought them as a gift for my gamer boyfriend. He loves them and definitely going to get myself a matching pair. Battery lost super long around weeks of gaming before it needs charging. The headband is very soft and comfortable. Does not hurt on the head and can wear all day with no headaches and pain.

The fit is great, comfortable and easy to adjsut. Earpads are soft and do not apply pressure. Sound quality is great and i can hear everything around me in game. Voice is clear and bass is just right amount. Headband and earcuffs are durable.
