This is a great pair of headphones. I am very pleased with the comfortable ear pads that don't hurt my ears. The sound is crystal clear. I use them to listen to my music and for doing Webinars and zoom meetings. I like that they are wireless so I don't have to mess with the cords. They stay charge for quite a while and when they need charging I just plug the USB cord into my computer. It was pretty simple setting them with the computer. I am extremely happy with them. However, they are pricey but I feel it was worth the extra money for a quality product. I would definitely recommend them to someone who wants a great pair of headphones for gaming, meetings, listening to music.

Love the sound quality on this headset! They’re also very comfortable and have a very far range for the wireless capability. The battery life is awesome too, I can wear them for multiple days without having to charge them!

my college age son really likes this headset. the construction quality appears to be more durable, the audio quality is good, and it is comfortable. Price seems a little high for the what you get, but I guess I'm in denial that prices in general are going up.

Best gaming headset I have bought. Everything you need is in these headsets especially when you have kids. Ear parts are soft and comfortable, and easy to set up and store. I recommend these 10000%

These headphones work excellently for my intended purpose, but don't go beyond. The sound is immersive, but the clarity lacks that certain something special. Pros: The ability to bias the channels from the primary sound and voice is perfect when you end up with a strong talker on the far end. The wheel for adjusting the sound has a detent in the middle to help you find the balanced point. And the SteelSeries software offers a lot of features for those (including me) who want to customize their ambiance. And the on-headset volume knob is nice when I can't reach the volume setting on my PC. The old headset that these replaced lasted about six hours on a single charge. These last for longer than I can, which is good enough. I like the ski goggle tensioning band because my head isn't a stock shape and an elastic band doesn't care. Cons: The mute button is right where I need to put my thumb to remove the headsets. They squeeze a bit heavily on my ears and the bows from my glasses get pressed into my temples causing mild discomfort.

If you're anything like me you're worried about wireless headsets humming/buzzing, battery life and sound quality. Not many people review it like that but trust me these headphones are great. they have zero humming/buzzing when audio isn't playing, they feel great, sound great and have pretty unique features such as having a speaker pass through that allows audio to play through the speakers when the headphones aren't powered on. once you power up your headphones the audio immediately switches over to the headphones. no need to mess around with the audio control panel and select default ouput or anything. it's so cool and useful. mic stows away which is something I think all headsets should adopt because it makes it less obtrusive until you need the mic. which sounds great by the way. yes Astros look and sound nice, turtle beaches are cool, but these headsets have the above features that separate it from the competition. I would get it again for full retail.

Amazing construction, sound quality, and mic. I have tried a lot of headphones and none come close in build quality. These are more durable then any Razer, Turtlebeach, or astro headset. The head band is very comfortable. Im on my second pair of artics right now. I purchased the replacement plan with this headset the first time and after two and a half years I sat on them. Best buy replaced them for free and gave me another replacement plan even though the MSRP for this headset increased by almost $50 USD since I had purchased it the first time. The sound quality is almost perfect, the bass is on the low side, but the sound of footsteps in games is clear as day. Music sounds great, and the best part is they are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. I accidentally wore them out to my car one morning on my way to work, then had to run them back to my apartment.

Im still using my arctis 7 everyday! It hasn't failed me yet and it seems like it wont for a long time. The headset being wireless was the best part I personally hate wires and this headset was perfect. Comfortable during long hours of use and overall amazing sound quality!

I traded a Corsair virtuoso for this headset and it was one of the best decisions Ive made. This is a very light and comfortable headset with a decent mic and above average sound. I'd say the price is alright, a bit much but I can't really complain

This is my first headset I’ve bought and it’s been working great for me. The mic and audio quality is amazing and it’s really comfortable. The best part about this headset is you can be far away from the game and still hear what’s going on.

Clear audio, solid mic, and very comfortable. I keep signal everywhere in the house, and have had great quality across the board. Much better wireless than with the included aux cable, but they REALLY shine once you rebalance the EQ settings. Highly recommend.

Just for reference, I'm using this on PC, not console. So, I read a lot of reviews that said the mic sucked and I almost didn't purchase this headset because of it. I'm glad I gave it a try. Pros - Easy to setup, comfortable, great positional audio, mic clarity Cons - Range has been my only issue. Thankfully I just use them in my office but I do lose signal if I walk into my garage maybe 10-15 feet from the receiver. Seems it should be better. The audio clarity and positional audio is on par if not better than the Cloud 2s I replaced. I immediately got compliments on the microphone clarity compared to my Cloud 2s. I have a feeling a lot of the people complaining about the mic and sound with these may be using them on console. If you're looking for a good, rather inexpensive wireless headset for PC gaming I'd definitely try these out.

Let me just say first off, I absolutely love these headphones. I game on ps4 and had a cheap 35 dollar pair of turtle beach headphones. They weren’t bad, but I was curious as to just how much a more expensive pair would sound in comparison, and would the difference even be worth the money? Well I put these babies on, fired up a game of team death match on black ops 4, and I was completely blown away. The difference was night and day. It was like I was completely submersed in the game. If you are on the fence about upgrading your headset, let me say you will not be disappointed. If you are semi serious and want to perform at the best level you can, these headphones will definitely help you! Do not hesitate, pick up a pair of these now! Not only do they perform well, but they are the most sleek, best looking, and well built headphones i have seen. And they are extremely comfortable too! Buy them now.

I enjoy them. Clean sound, long battery life, decent range for BT, and the adjustments for volume and the two inputs is nice. I don't have much to compare it to so there could be better but I'm happy with my purchase.

    Arctis 7 vs Logitech G733

I got the Arctis 7 based on my boyfriend's research and I have to say his pick was definitely better than mine. I picked the Logitech G733 and I'm sad to say that this one was just much better. It's a lot lighter and bigger, making it easier to have on all day. The sound quality is about the same as the G733 to me, but the mic seemed to give a better input on the Arctis. The only things that the G733 had going for it was the LEDs and the volume control on the headphones controlled the system volume, unlike the Arctis which was totally independent. Overall, the Arctis 7 has more capabilities and just nicer all around.

I found these pair of headphones to be comfortable and the mic quality was quite nice, but there appears to be a volume cap—I don't feel like these headphones get loud enough for me to use them for anything besides talking to a friend.

This is, by far, the best headset I've ever owned. On my journey to ultimately buying this headset, I went through probably six other headsets from other brands (Corsair, Logitech, Razer, etc.). All of them had *some* major issue - buggy software, poor sound quality, low range, clamping the heck out of my head. Eventually, I settled on this because the reviews for it were amazing. The headband is genius. Allows it to sit lightly, solidly, and without clamping the side of your head tightly. Range is awesome, sound quality is great. Software is simple but functional. The USB receiver has a 3.5mm input, so you can have something else routed through it as well - I use my headset for work, so I can run music through the aux jack to have music inbetween calls.
