I watched a lot of reviews of this headset and most of them said the same thing “lacks audio”. Maybe I don’t know what top audio sounds like, but I can say this headset is awesome. On top of being wireless and having amazing comfort for your head and ears, they’re CLEAN with a modern look and a all black finish (or white) you can’t go wrong. The audio is impressive and clear out the box and I have had no need to change the settings on the PC app (Free), which lets you tone the audio to how you like it. If your into FPS shooters these are for you. I mainly tested it in warzone, the footsteps are loud and clear and accurate! You’ll have a good jump on your enemy if they’re not ready! So its worth 150$, and if they’re on sale GET THEM!

Had this headset for about a month. The sound has been great and the fit is great. I love the ski band on top, it keeps them sitting in place well. The ear cups are comfy and don't get hot or rub. Very impressed with this product.

Super lightweight, comfortable, and easy to use. Basically plug and play. Have been great. Only downside is have started to crackle a bit here and there so hoping its just a fluke and they arent dying on me already.

Best gaming headset that I have ever owned. I have zero complaints with the exception that sometimes I accidentally hit the volume dial. Comfortable. Wireless is great. Great sound. Mic boom retracts.

This headset is a great fit and is very comfortable on the head. Has a long-lasting battery and is of good quality. The headset adjustment may make it slide around a little but overall a great product.

This headset is built with comfort in mind, and lasts for a few days of heavy use before i need to charge it. Its wireless range goes through a few walls before it cuts out. Sound wise it holds up well.

Straight forward. Works without installing drivers. No problems with any games recognizing the head set. Good overall sound and 25 hour battery life. Also, relatively comfortable, with a metal band not cheap plastic.

Pros: Great comfort and sound, also long battery life. Plenty of bass to immerse me in whatever game I am playing. Cons: Steelseries Engine is a bit broken, I've had to reinstall it several times by now, it is inconvenient, but it is very simple and fast. Overall: I was hesitant to buy this headset due to claims of weak bass or none at all, but after finally trying it for myself I found the sound to be perfect with plenty of bass for immersion. I did not even have to mess with the EQ settings, the default sound out of the box is great. I'm no audiophile but the Arctis 7 sounds great. I would definitely recommend this headset to anyone.

Great sound and are very comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions. Battery life is also really good but can be used wired as well if the battery is running low mid-game.

I'm a glasses wearer and my biggest issue with any headset is if the ear cuffs are going to press my glasses into the side of my head and give me a massive headache. This headset is like a cloud on your head. The ear cups fit securely but not so tightly that they create any unwanted pressure points on my head. Setup was a breeze too. I've used the mic and its wonderful with the red LED when muted. Sound quality is great, immersive. They have a good range for the wireless; I walked around my small apartment into different rooms and it didn't cut out or anything. Not sure about the longevity yet but since I've got animals, I always put a 2-yr protection plan on any piece of tech over $50 and BestBuy has always held their end of the deal like they say, so I'm not too worried.

A couple months before I got this headset, I had recently bought/used a Razer Nari Ultimate. I started having crashes while in game due to the Razer Synapse software creating errors, and couldn't deal with it anymore. After buying all new SteelSeries gear (keyboard, mouse, and headset) I GAVE AWAY all my crappy overpriced Razer products (Black Widow, Death Adder, Nari Ultimate). SteelSeries has way better working software that doesn't crash games like Synapse. This headset not only sounds better with directional footsteps in shooters, but all my online friends noticed right away that my voice sounded much clearer to them!. SteelSeries is definitely worth the money when compared to the Razer products/software I was previously using.

It is an excellent product, I recommend it, it has a good sound quality, they are very comfortable to use and it lasts a long time, the battery does not lose the wireless transmission signal

I have gone through so many top tier wireless and wired headsets and this trumps them all! Great sound quality, great voice, lasts 20 hrs on one charge, and so comfy! I got these on sale and they were worth every penny!

Enjoying a lot so far. Just needed to adjust the microphone volume on the PS4 so my voice was loud enough to hear. Sound quality is fantastic, battery last for a long time. And very comfortable

I really liked this headset. The sound, mic, and comfort is great. Very comfortable and the adjustable band works well. I like that the mic can retract in and I really like the separate game and chat volume knob. My only issue was the sidetone is SO quiet. It does work, but the volume, even on max, is so quiet that it barely does more than let's you know your mic is working. If you live alone, it's fine, but I have a family with kids that sometimes need my attention and if a game is going, you *cannot* hear someone talking to you outside of the headset. For this reason I had to return it. If you don't need the sidetone, these are great. If you need loud sidetone, I recommend the Corsair RGB Void Elite Wireless.

#1 very nice looking and great quality. Picked this up for $99 during black friday. #2 sound is great and many say it is not that loud. I agree sometimes it sounds like it's not that loud but when you start shooting or get shot at, the sound is very loud. Now the cons. The dial on the side for game and chat is useless. If I lower it all the way down for chat the volume is completely muted. No game or chat can be heard. I honestly see it as useless. This headset would be 5 stars if that dial could be used to lower other players mics. Another con and this is important the earcups are not thick enough. They will hit the ear and cause discomfort. I bought a pair of thick and comfortable replacement ear pads on amazon for $22. Now the headset is comfortable and well worth the price. Audio quality and mic are fantastic and the battery life is awesome. I charge it every 3 days or so.

The band for the headset is a bit small. For anyone with a bigger sized head it may not be comfortbale for you. The cushions on the ear muffs are not that great but are fine to play for a long duration. I do find that my ear hits the plastic behind the cushion but barely a problem for me. The audio is great can definitely hear those small noises or movements that can change the outcome of your game. The volume control on the headset is in a bad spot. I find anytime I take off the headset i touch the dial and have to redo my volume. The mic on the headset is crisp and doesn't pic up much background noise. Love the location of the mic and how it os retractable into the ear muffs. Noise cancelation is decent. Overall good headset for the price. Currently what I use.

Great sound quality and comfort. Took a while to get used to the idea of an elastic band but it's actually very comfy. The microphone is actually really good for in game coms. Wireless is good, no lag.

Very comfy on the head, and adjusts well. Mic isn't amazing, but great compared to most at this price range. Wireless range is pretty good, and the battery last quite a while. Feels light and has a good build quality.
