Excellent sound, controls, battery life, and extremely comfortable. I did my homework before buying these and am extremely happy with them.

I decided to purchase my first set of gaming headphones and started doing research. I tried quite a few sets, both wired and wireless including Plantronics, turtle beach, and hyper x. I ended up purchasing the 9x for Xbox headset and was super impressed by SteelSeries quality and the fact that they were the most comfortable with the best sound quality of all the sets I’ve tried. I liked them so much I decided to purchase the Arctis 7 for my ps4. Equal fit and quality. They are awesome and you can truely wear them for hours. Very pleased with this purchase over the other brands.

Headphones are light weight but durable. The sound is clear and crisp! And that headband is super comfy for any size/shaped melon you got!

The sound quality is great, very easy to use. I switched from a wired to a wireless headset, and it is a great change. I really like having the two channels available so I can switch from chat/gaming sounds quickly. They have a great range on them also, I can walk several rooms away before the quality degrades. I have had a few issues already where my computer just doesn't detect the headset so I have to plug/unplug/reinstall the software which is annoying, but generally its a quick fix.

Amazing gaming headset for the PS4 and PS5. I’ve tried multiple headsets before these and none of them compared to the quality of steelseries. I tried the ps5 pulse headset, black shark V2 pros, HyperX’s alpha cloud ll s, Nd corsairs, and these steel series are the best in sound and mic clarity!!! Playing warzone with them is awesome and you can hear everything around you and it has an equalizer so you can change your settings on the computer with their software. 10/10 Nd worth the money. Comfort is 8/10.

These are comfortable and have great sound. They replaced an aging cheap wired headset so I can't properly compare to other mid to high range devices that may be similar. I do really like the game/chat wheel for being able to hear clearly. I mostly use these for playing D&D online since we cannot meet in person. Our games usually run about 4 hours and I play twice a week. These do start getting a tad uncomfortable at about 3.5 hours, but I think that is pretty dang good. I also use them for Zoom meetings for work, works great. Good mic quality.

Very comfortable and great sound. The battery life is phenomenal and the controls on the headset are very easy to use.

Over all the headset is over all perfect for my needs, as far as my human mind can tell there is no lag from pc to headset. The only problem I’d say if the audio has too many deep bass it will static a little but over all great audio. The surround sound does what it’s ment to do I can clearly tell the audio source in game and really picks up quite sounds. The microphone is not really the best you can tell when there is compression in the audio levels but I bought a separate mic for cheap and it does it’s job. Finally the range for me is welp over 10 feet in an apartment.

Good sound quality, comfortable to wear for many hours at a time, build quality feels flimsy but it has held up well over time, microphone sound quality is good for gaming, and software interface with Steel Series GG was seamless. The only downside I have to report after over a year of use is that one of the screws was jostled loose and was become lost during regular use. This has left the headset feeling more flimsy but it still functions and fits well.

Very comfortable, sound quality is great, 3D audio is great on the PS5. I've been using Turtle Beach headsets for about the last 10 years, and haven't tried anything else in that time. I researched the best headphones for PS5 3D audio, and these popped up on many of my searches. Although these don't have 7.1 surround sound, they more than make up for it with the 3D audio feature on the PS5. These are also by far the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn

Clarity , noise cancellation, and comfortable wear . Its light and not to heavy. Retractable mic which is great! I would recommend you to try.

Great wireless headsets. The head is comfortable and the sound is very good. Battery life is excellent before a recharge is needed

I loved these for the comfort and the battery life. The problem I encountered was that they did not feel high-quality in your hands. Functionality-wise they do very well but I just didn’t think that they felt as expensive as they were. I was also told that the mic made my voice sound strange, almost higher pitched. The mic did have a nice mute feature and was easily stored in the headset if you’re not actively using it. If you just want something that works, these are great. I ended up returning them since I was jiving with the build materials and finished product.

Was always skeptical about going from wired to wireless. But I got these and they sound great and feel comfortable. The only thing I worry about is the band-like strap that sits on the top of your head for comfort. It seems like Band will loosen over time. I guess only time will tell. Comfortable wear for long gaming hours. Has dual channel, one for chat and one for game. So you can dial back and forth the level of chat vs game. Not a fan of the pullout mic. I hardly pull it out, but when I do it’s all bent from being coiled in.

Love these! With 7.1 surround sound and excellent build quality, I have no complains. I can charge the headphones while using them or plug them into my Xbox controller!! The headphones are not too heavy and I don’t feel shorted at the $150 price point. With the extra headphone jack and special input for the 3.5mm jack, I feel as though I will not run into issues long term. I only wish they had Bluetooth, but these are definitely the best in their class.

I love this headset! It's more light weight than I expected, which I like very much. It seems to be very sturdy and very well made. The wireless range is nice. I can walk all over my house and not lose the connection. The input is super clear and any background noises around me, is not heard by my party. The output is also very good. My party has stated I sound much better. My only issue is the price, however, I do not "cheap out" when it comes to my gaming accessories!
