Good headset for PS4 users, I was kind of weary about getting this headset at first because of the reviews but I have them a try anyway, the build quality it doesn’t feel cheaply made at all, sound is great on them I would recommend tuning them with the software, also battery life is THE BEST, one down side is the microphone since it is adjustable there is some spots where people can’t hear you that well, overall it’s a great product that I will recommend

It could be a little louder, and sucks that it can not be connected to a Xbox One as well. In todays standards why do we have to purchase two different headsets that cost $200 each? It works great on pc, and is hands down one of if not the most comfortable headsets that I have ever worn. For me to say that is something, I've been a gamer since before online gaming was a thing and have been into music production for over 15 years. It's safe to say that I've owned and used more than my fair share of headsets/headphones. The quality of these are great and the sound is not completely up to my high standards, but are close to it. I have noticed that the drivers (speakers) in these are tuned to be on the bassy side and the mid tones are a little scooped out meaning they took away some of the mid tones and added extra bass. So I would not recommend these for anyone who is into music production and needs that flat response, but for someone that wants something for gaming and to watch movies with will be very satisfied with this set. Every now and again you can hear a humming noise that after some research is a known issue and for some reason is not fixable. One other thing that should be noted here is that the mic in my opinion really sucks. I have a $70 pair of PDP AG9+ that mic is 100x better than the one on this head set. That disappointed me because my main reason for purchasing these where the mic was suppose to be really good. All in all though I do enjoy this head set and I know many others will as well. If these ever broke then I would probably upgrade to the pro series set just to see if that one has similar issues, or if its truly worth the price difference.

These are great! I previously had arctis 9xs for Xbox and pc use supposedly but those were a pain as far as disconnecting from the xbox and connecting to the pc. So I got these are they are best of both worlds. These work on Pc, Xbox and PS4. Wireless configuration is only for Pc and ps4, but you can use these with Xbox using the included headphone jack. I am very satisfied and happy with this purchase.

I will never go back to wired headphones again. These headphones are clear and feel very sturdy. I like that the mic retracts when not in use. The battery lasts a long time between charges. Crystal clear audio. The headphones do not feel too heavy nor too light. It took me a while to get used to the on/off button and mute buttons because I was not used to this style of headphones.

These headphones came the day after I placed my order which is impressive. They are lightweight, the sound is terrific and the setup was easy. The only thing is that I have not yet found a way to switch back to the speakers without unplugging the transmitter. I consider this lack of knowledge on my part rather than a defect with the product. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for quality headphones.

Weighty in the hand and weightless while playing. This headset has earned it's positive reviews and rankings among one of the best headsets for gaming! The only thing I miss from my logitech cordless headsets is the ability to control the volume on my machine, instead I've got to adjust the volume on the PC and fine tune with the headset. Otherwise it's one of the best pieces gear I've bought in a long time.

I bought these after owning a pair of razors that my dog messed up. I was skeptical at first cause I did love the sound of my razor headset but I was surprised by these big time. The sound quality is awesome for any gamer. The bass and treble is very balanced ( probably the most balanced I have used yet). The noise canceling works wonders on these things. And the battery life wow! I have gotten a total of 20 hours on a charge and that wasn’t even fully dead

They are honestly really good and high quality. Super comfy and I like the wheel that lets me control if I want to hear discord and gameplay equally, or change it so that one is more dominant. I also like how the mic is retractable which is convenient for when i want to still listen and eat without getting the mic dirty. You can also use them while it is charging if that helps.

This was sort of a fathers day gift to me, and I couldn't be more happier. They're comfy. It's super simple to setup, sounds great, the microphone is retractable, and it also works on my PS5 just by plugging in the dongle to the USB port. No update needed.

Great comfort, okay sound quality , good battery life, good build quality, poor mic quality.

This is a great pair of headphones, but would be perfect with one change. They need to use USB-C instead of Micro-USB as the charging cable jiggles if you charge while wearing it. The jiggling causes disconnecting from computer and then the headphones chime the Windows device disconnect sound in your ear. Sometimes the headphones will even turn themselves off due to this and I have to turn them back on while in the middle of using them.
