Absolute Best Headset I've Ever Owned

The Steelseries Arctis 7 is by far the beat headset I've had. Most comfortable headset I've owned. The sound is excellent. Immediately I noticed faint noises I just didn't hear with my last headset. I really like the mic setup. It retracts back into the headset when not needed. Also, there is a red light on the mic to indicate when it's muted. The transmitter has very good rage. I can walk down stairs into my kitchen without even a crackle. The Steelseries Arctis 7 is a solid headset and I would definitely recommend this to my friends

I am in love with these headphones. I've owned quite a few over-ear headphones that I've used for gaming. I needed some good wireless gaming headphones and ended up deciding on these after doing a ridiculous amount of research and I can say I am more than happy with them. The sound quality and customization is top notch. I've been using 7.1 surround for TheHunter:Call Of The Wild, and it is great, so immersive. Build quality feels sturdy and I am not exaggerating when I say that these are the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn. I don't know why more companies don't take some design notes from Steelseries. If the durability holds up long term I may end up being a lifelong Steelseries customer. I'm pretty blown away by these headphones, there are so many intelligent design decisions here, and the software is great. I wouldn't hesitate to make this purchase. I game at 4k, I have a 2080 Ti, and I honestly feel like my audio experience matches my visual experience. "Next level" is what comes to mind.

Great sound quality but you will need to adjust the eq with their pc app (or third party app). Works well on ps5 but I can’t adjust the chat/game volume with the built in slider. I have to do it vis ps5 settings. Battery lasts pretty long. Being able to connect two audio inputs at once is a life saver for live streaming. Very comfortable to wear. There’s no real way to see how much battery is left, other than using the pc app. Microphone is decent

I was a bit confused about how to set it up initially, but it's really not that complicated. Just keep in mind that it uses a transmitter that you need to plug into your PC, not direct bluetooth connection to the headset. The sound is amazing, battery life is amazing, and the mic is very clear. A major pro is that they are extremely comfortable. I honestly barely feel like I'm wearing anything.

I like pretty much everything about this headset. My only complaints are very small. It took a while to get used to them feeling loose on my head due to the way the head strap is. I am used to being able to tighten and loosen the fit very easily on my old headset (it is also possible that I just don't know how to tighten this head strap but i'm prettyyy sure you cant). However, I have now grown to like how it basically feels weightless on my head aside from the sides being on my ears. This means the headset is quite comfortable for me and I have had it on my head for over 8 hours and never felt any real discomfort. My other complaint is the dial for overall volume doesn't have a spot in the middle that you can feel (similar to how the game-volume wheel DOES). I also do not like how the mute mic button is on the left hand side so if I am playing a game I have to take my left hand off of WASD to mute (as opposed to my right hand which often isn't doing much). Despite these few SMALL complaints, I would definitely buy this headset again any day and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a headset in this price range. I came from the Astro A20's and I feel this headset is a much better product for about the same price.

Comparing to both of these headset ive owned are really close. The astros a40s have a little bit better bass and mic. Both are so much in similar clarity. After the EQ updates that is. But the acrtis has the comfort. Honestly I'd rather take the 30 hrs battery for the clarity, comfort, and wireless. A40s for hardcore multiplayer gaming. Arctis for single player story gaming.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. These headphone are super comfortable, the sound quality is what you’d expect with this expensive set of headphones and my friends tell me the microphone quality is great. So far the battery life has been amazing as well. Definitely recommend these headphones if you can find them. Best Buy has been the best with actually having them in stock so if they aren’t in stock now, check back daily, they pop up.

Well I wanted a new headset for my mixer because I had the Astro50 so wireless wouldnt work. I got these after I did my research and I was skeptical but they turned out great. I good sound (not as good as Astros in my opinion) but they are crisp clear and detailed. Just lacks that bass. It's there but not how I like it. Any who I recommend them for any gamer that has a big head and glasses like me because they are comfortable aswell. Hope this helps happy gaming ya'll

This headset is easy to connect, holds a charge for a long time, and is comfy (at least when using for 2-3 hours at a time). It has clear sound and I haven't yet had any complaints about mic quality from people listening in. Some minor annoyances, though. The ear cup padding can squeak against glasses frames. Especially noticeable when eating or chewing gum. Also, it is pretty easy to accidentally hit the volume button. Overall, great gaming headset; very pleased with my purchase.

This headset was perfect for me as I was only really looking for wireless sound. I use a standalone microphone so I didn't expect that any microphone on a headset would compete but even with that in mind I was disappointed in the microphone on the Arctis 7 and would only have a use for it if my daily driver microphone broke entirely. Other than that this headset has good quality audio, great range, really great battery life, and a very comfortable fit.

I have owned these for about a month now. Very amazed by the quality of sound they put out. I can hear everything front, back, above me, below me, they are very distinctive. Super comfortable I have worn them for hours and hours on my days off playing for like 10 hours straight. I went about 3 days of playing without charging the headphones and they still had juice left in them. They also charge pretty quickly compared to other headsets I have owned.

This headset has actually fallen off my head onto the stone floor several times over the passed couple years and It still picks up the wireless receiver from outside my house without skipping or disconnecting. Love this headset for footstep listening in my fps games I play. Great quality to listen to music as well.

Ive had this for a few weeks so far and its been great. The retractable mic is one of the reasons I chose this headset and it hasn't disappointed. The sound quality is good enough for a gaming headset and the range is great. The battery life has been good so far and it charges fairly quick. It fits my head fine and the clamping force isn't too bad but with a bigger head I don't think I would enjoy this headset.

One of the best investments I've made for my PC gaming setup. Nothing beats being able to get up to do whatever and not have to take your headphones off. Range is good enough to get to the other side of the house before it starts beeping that I'm too far, sometimes even works outside. Game sounds are good and music sounds great. Not much bass but the sounds are very clear.

I haven't this for too long at this point, but so far it's been fantastic. I use it for gaming, voice chat, and watching videos so I'm not an audiophile, but the sound for these purposes has been excellent and the mic is very clear in chat. It's very light and comfortable on the head and ears, and the battery life is a huge upgrade over my last wireless headset.

I was replacing a now very old Sony PS Pulse Elite headset from 2012. Which served me very well but it was time to move on. The battery didn’t hold a charge for very long, the mic was finicky and people couldn’t always hear me. The bass enhancer stopped working etc. I wanted to get something for my PS4 that was comfortable, sounded great, and had great reviews. This one does not disappoint. It sounds excellent even though you don’t get virtual surround sound on the PS4. I can still tell which direction footsteps are coming from. The headset feels sturdy, well built, and is extremely comfortable; even for long periods of time (hours). My only gripe is that the chat/audio mix doesn’t natively work with the PS4. So you will have to manually adjust the settings to your preference within the game. Not a huge dealbreaker since most multiplayer games offer this functionality. Overall, highly recommend for the price and quality.

Picked this up during black friday for 99.99. An absolute steal for the price to me. The audio sounds much better than I imagined with quite a good volume range. Battery life is good enough to have several 4 hour gaming sessions across several days before needing to be charged. I don't know how good the mic is since I don't use it, but the overall build quality of the headset is very good, and much lighter on my head than my old razer kraken.

You cannot understate the sound quality of these headphones! The mic also works fantastic and all my bros hear me clearly as I verbally rip them up. The charge lasts a long time and they are very comfortable, I don't even use any other headphones with my computer, these are all you need!
