Returning for the Sony Platinums

It is a comfortable headset but that’s about it. Sound is ok but not surround sound. My biggest issue is the chat/master volume. One is suppose to change how much of one you hear and the other controls the overall volume. On my headset they both control the master volume.

However, the mic is far too sensitive. Even after turning down every setting I can find and following the “mic placement” guide on their website it still clearly picks up the sound of the scroll wheel on my mouse as well as everything else.
