Not 100% Sure of Quality

I can hear most people just fine. Sometimes seems volume is down with certain calls about 15%. Does have long battery life. Can do 8+ hours with a single charge. Been told occasionally the mic quality is not great. Tough to hear me, sometimes they say there is an echo. Being used wirelessly with a cell phone.
