Pay for quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had many gaming headsets over the years, some of the more recent were the logitech G930 (the fricken 3 beeps) or some very cheap $40 purchase from amazon that had good reviews. I was mostly on the ‘this will suffice’ mentailty, was I wrong. I wish I could get back all those 1k + of gaming hours with those uncomfortable, poorly designed, unsupported headsets. I look forward to putting on my Acrtis 7, and thats a first for me. I hope your experiences are game changing as mine.

Alright but not worth 150

The change scroll between game and chat audio is honestly not a good feature since that was the root of some problems. The Bluetooth has a pretty good range and it’s light. The microphone isn’t the best but I’m used to after market mics. It’s an alright headset but overhyped in my opinion.

These are great but

I was mind blown. The wireless connection was awesome. I never had the signal dropped. The only thing that sucks is that the game and chat mix doesn't work. The chat is just as loud as the game play. It was annoying. People screaming made my ears explode. You can't do anything about it. Only on PC the mix works. So I had to mute everyone but then my friends chat were loud as well. Can't change that either.

I was looking for a decent wireless set to use on both my pc and ps4 and this did a great job. I have a larger head and thought the ski band wouldn’t be comfortable but it was easily adjustable and feels comfy. Make sure to download the steel series software to optimize the headset to your liking
