Great headphone. Sound quality is great and the Bluetooth works well.

I've had these for over a year now. Initially I loved them, they were easy to set up and super comfortable, loved the sound quality and my friends said my mic quality was great. however, the last couple months or so it started randomly disconnecting. Out of nowhere it would beep like it was powering down and turn off on me. Then I started having issues with the dongle, where when I turn on my computer it wouldn't appear in my devices and I would have to unplug it for a for seconds and plug it back in so it would appear and I could connect. Now, the headset only works if it's plugged in and charging. I made sure the battery is at 100%, the light is always green, but it won't stay on if it's not plugged in. For the price I would hope it would last longer than a year but unfortunately not.

This headset is so comfortable!! Tge sound is amazing, and I would recommend this to anyone!

I'm not a big audio person but just felt like something was wrong. Listening to voices, and different sound effects was good. I could use this for work, I won't enjoy the sound but I won't have issues hearing anything. What it lacked was the feeling of the sound. Bass, even if you ramp it, doesn't have any feeling to it. Software, I would use it without owning this. The mixer is amazing, it controls it and creates new output for it. So you can setup that output the way you want. Changing which device to use for each one. Move the applications around with ease. It's using micro usb, which is a bummer. Maybe they are working on a new one at the moment. I had a lot of issues with knowing if it was on or not. The button for Bluetooth and Power should be obvious but still had issues every so often. It was annoying.

Great head set for gaming. Durable and great sound.

This headset fits and adjust do comfortable that ZI have actually forgotten I had it on. Sound is unsurpassed by any that I have ever used. Price was good and I would fifinitely recommend to anyone.

Pretty great headset. I came from a Hyper X model and I’ve overall been satisfied. I wish the wireless range was a bit longer but the sound quality is great. The mic quality is above average but not perfect. The ears are less “cupped” so the speakers feel closer which can be a plus or a negative depending on the person. All in all, I would recommend.

Great headset for the price but if you are looking to get the ps5 or the xbox X/S you will want the Arctics 7p plus. it has 10 hours more life same exact sound and charges and connects to a usb-c. (much faster charging). the wireless dongle is also much more discreet on the Arctics 7p plus. Also has a nob on the right headset that you can turn up to hear the noise around you. still a good head set but

I was looking for a comfortable and wireless headset to use while working from home. Decided to drop the cash on a pricier headset after burning through a few cheap ones. This one is better than I expected. I love the fact that it advertises to Windows that it’s 2 output sources. I can have music/video/whatever on the “game” channel and Teams/Zoom/etc on the “chat” channel. Then it’s a quick turn of the knob on the headset to adjust the balance. Game changer right there. And this is super comfortable to me, as a glasses-wearer. It doesn’t push in at the temples like some headsets do. I’ve worn it for hours at a time, with no discomfort.

Husband has used this for gaming for years and still going strong. He has multiple head sets and he only reaches for this one. If you need a good headset that will last a long time this is the one. And it’s VERY comfortable.

Very easy to sync to system or computer. Comfortable on your head and sound is very clear.

Steel series headsets are amazing. Elite comfort even for people with giant grapes. Great sound, and the ability to connect to your phone and computer make then great for work and play.

These are great with sound and comfortable to wear, if you game or watch movies/listen to music you will enjoy these headphones

I think this is the best headset overall! The mic and sound quality are amazing. When I game and chat with my friends while playing Modern Warfare 3, they can hear me perfectly fine. The only thing is that if you wear them for too long, they can start to put pressure on your head. But you can take them off for a bit to relax and then put them back on if you want to continue using them.

Love these headphones, the mute button is nice and in a very easy place to reach while gaming. Comfortable and sound quality is great.
