very good quality, a bit confusing to set up and I’m not a fan of the software that steel series provides

So far I have had absolutely no problems with this headset. Has great sound quality on both my pc and ps5. The mic isn’t the best quality but I can’t expect better for a wireless headset.

On sale for $100 and I would never recommend these to anyone. I play PC but play Halo mostly, which is a Steam and Xbox/Microsoft Store game. I have the dongle plugged into my PC, headset connected to the dongle. Using the mic on my end sounds like 2009 Halo all over again, it sounds stupid with stupid feedback a lot of the time, but not always, and the “mute” button throws it to bluetooth when pressed? So to unmute you have to turn off the headset and turn it back on. Why. Not only that but it makes a pattern of 4 beeps every mow and then and no answer has been given as to why. And then it randomly beeps and shuts off, on full battery. So you have to turn it back on and hope it pairs. Good quality sound with a touch of white noise, sure, but behind the beeping and behind the shutting off and behind the muting function… how can anyone recommend these. If you play on PC then avoid these.

Love em. Can indeed use them for game audio from ps5 while being in a discord call on my phone and hearing that at the same time. For reference no you can not use the mic function on both console and phone at the same time, only one. Great quality.

Feels so light, comfortable, extremely easy to use, ONCE in a while idk what it is but i do hear this light crackle in it but idk if its my settings i need to adjust or what but its not bad it doesnt last long.

It’s ok , it’s good quality made with metal and rigid plastic. Mic quality is good and the dual Bluetooth and wireless is a nice feature. However I don’t really like the audio quality( lacks bass) and it feels relatively tight when wearing it. Not for me , if you can stand the tightness or have a smaller head and don’t mind the audio quality it will be fine for you.

Using them as the primary headphones for the PC for the last six months, and before have tested more than 7 of others - and Arctis 9 is ideal in the middle between gaming headphones and media PC. So Arctis 9 is a gold middle for everyday use.

Good headphones, sometimes disconnects while using which is annoying but overall great quality and sound.

The headphones are very comfortable, the headband strap especially. The wireless adapter has been giving me a lot of trouble though. I feel for the $200 price tag having to unplug the adapter from the PC every now and then shouldn’t be happening. But other than that it’s all around a pretty great headset. Would recommend if you can get it on sale. If not the Arctis 7P is a much better option for this price range

Got them for the wife to play COD. She says with these she can hear birds chirping and every single footstep. Well worth the price.

This product is great!! I use it for the PlayStation 5 and the sound and mic quality is amazing.

I use it on the ps5 definitely a top tier headset obviously the mic isn’t the best but still a really good headset

Love this headset, we’ve had it for about a year now and the sound and mic quality are great!

I do enjoy this head set. Very comfy, set up was easy, found out if you are gaming the app will clip things for you. I reccomend it.

The retractable mic was a huge hit, and my son said the noise cancelling is phenomenal. My only complaint buying them for him is that the noise-cancelling is phenomenal.

Really enjoy this headset. First one that does not start to hurt my head after a good session. Really enjoy the fact that i can simultaneously connect them to my phone and console.

Very comfortable, great battery, ok range. Wish it had usb type c instead of micro usb.

Been using them for over a year and work great. Mic has good sound and very easy to use.

Pretty good headset. Slightly loose at first with very little adjustment options but fits better after a week of wearing.

My boyfriend loves these for his ps5. He can hear all the footsteps in call of duty and the headphones give him a great advantage vs not having them for the game.
