    They were ok but had power button issues, i had 2 pairs same issue but sound eas ok. They are an ok budget headset.

    Nice sound quality, but no means of answering the phone from the headset. I need to be able to walk away from my desk yet still retain the ability to answer the phone and talk. If I was just going to use these head-phones for gaming I would have kept them.

    Quality of the sound and mic is good, but it just doesn't connect automatically to my computer. Have to unplug and plug back in to connect

    I switched from an arctis 3 bluetooth headset and the difference with those with the arctis 9 is great cause it feels nice to not worry about the wire anymore

    I have had these headphones for about a year now. It is great quality! Comfortable to use, great mute button mechanism, volume is good as well. The only issue I have had with them is randomly they will dis connect or turn off but honestly is so rare that sometimes I get surprised when it happens cause I don't expect it. Would 10/10 recommend!
