some of the better gaming headphones Ive ever owned. Great voice talk , wish the sound from the game was alil louder but its not bad.

I switched from an arctis 3 bluetooth headset and the difference with those with the arctis 9 is great cause it feels nice to not worry about the wire anymore

They are a great headphone for any gaming system and they are very comfortable for any size head

These are the worst headphones I've owned, the UI for adjusting elements is terrible, it doesn't have any options I want and all of the things I can adjust are only adjustable within presets which don't have enough range. They get uncomfortable after about 3 hours. (Going to college online, I'm wearing these 6-10 hours a day). They will disconnect randomly and the only way to fix it is to get up and disconnect the wireless puck to reset it. There are also 7, SEVEN different "ARCITC 9" headset options in the windows settings, and somehow it never chooses one I can hear! Any time I launch a new game I have to go through and change the settings, why do I have to try every option for one to come through, shouldn't it just change which channel (VoIP and Media come through separately (allegedly)) it goes through? But no, somehow none of them work. It's worth noting I added a star because the build quality isn't entirely terrible, sure the head cups being cloth means all the dead skin gets in them, and sure they occasionally pop off if I pick it up wrong, but I feel confident if I dropped them a couple of times they would survive it.

Phenomenal approaches I recommend for anyone and I use it everyday to game.
