great comfort and sound, but with some issues

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ok, so the sound is great. the comfort level on my head is very nice and they do not get uncomfortable after long usage. problem is, the pairing dongle is not the most reliable. have to unplug and replug for it to turn on. and the pairing is not the greatest. walking to the kitchen i lose sync. and the placement for the volume adjustment is placed horribly. right where you would naturally grab to take off the headset. if those issues wasn't there, would be an amazing headset.
